Ann did an excellent job with our cakes! She even worked with me when the groom's topper didn't make it to her. Everyone raved at how good the cakes were!

I was only able to speak with Ann from Back Door Bakery twice on the phone, but she was able to give me some useful information about what kind of cake was best for our wedding (on a boat in the Texas summer heat) and what sorts of cakes she was prepared to create. The rest of my communications went through our wedding coordinator, but the cake turned out splendidly: three square tiers covered in buttercream frosting with handmade white chocolate shells around the base of the tiers. Simple and delicious, we ate this to the last crumb!
