Elizabeth was a joy to work with. She helped bring my dream wedding cake to life from several different pictures that we pieced together. I will go back to her for all of my cake needs. My cake was not only beautiful, but delicious as well - not something you expect from wedding cake! It was truly a pleasure working with AZ Cakes by Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was very nice and very easy to work with and did a fantastic job on my daughters wedding cake. It turned out just the way my daughter had asked. The cake was delicious!! I would definitely recommend Elizabeth and would use her again!!

Elizabeth has been making specialty cakes for our family for almost 10 years so it was only right for her to do our wedding cake. The consultation/tasting was fun and so yummy. We were able to try cupcake sized versions of her cake flavors and she send us home with more for later. We were very specific in knowing how we wanted our cake to look and she pulled out some colored pencils and sketched it to a T. The day of, our cake was beautiful! It was exactly what we wanted and so much more. We were sad our fur baby (our puppy) wouldn't be at the venue to celebrate our day so she made a model of him to put on the cake and it looked exactly like him! The best part of all of it was it tasted even better than it looked. The cake was moist and the icing was sweet but not overly so. You never have to worry about not having enough cake because she makes sure there is plenty to go around. On top of all of that she refuses to let anyone eat year old frozen cake so she recreates your top tier for your 1 year anniversary at no cost! I will continue to use AZ Cakes for any and all specialty cake needs because every one manages to be better than the next and exceed my expectations.
