I would HIGHLY recommend August Settings for all your event planning. On July 19, 2014 I was engaged to the love of my life, all I could do was think of my wedding day the most important time of my life. The next thing was finding a professional planner with excellent customer service skills. Well on August 9,2014 my Alumni- USF was having a banquet which I attended, I was very pleased with the décor and the flowers and how well it was done. So, I ask the banquet coordinator what company did they use. They highly referred August Settings, she said that they have use them in the past and never has a problem with the service and they always deliver excellent service and would go out of their way to be of help. So, I ask for a business card and called them on August 14, 2014, from the first time the planner answer the phone she provide me with great service I knew this would be a great experience. Her mannerism and the way spoke to me, it's like she put her self in my shoes. We setup an afternoon appointment the following week and she came to my home, she brought with her hand made cupcakes and other foods and drinks, she made it so personal for me I had my mother and other family member who was there to help with my big day. They had nothing but great things to say about August Settings, she brought her books with all of their décors and flower arrangements. As a matter of fact for my Aunt's 85th Birthday October 18,2014, and we use August Setting to do a Bunche that was awesome. On March 21, 2015 I married the love of my life and what a wonderful day that was, I had a wonderful wedding day with no worried or stress cause she inform me each step of the way. A Big Thanks to August Setting and the planner who worked with me. Hats off to August Settings, Great Job!

DO NOT USE!!! This place is AWFUL! Spread the word! I gave them a deposit 03-July-2012. Thank goodness I called on 07-August-2012 to ensure delivery pick up time. This was the first time that I found out there was an issue with my rental order. I did not receive a phone call, email, or any correspondence whatsoever prior to my call. On 08-August-2012, the day before my wedding began, I received a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my order about another issue with my rental order. There were now other items that were not available and I could pick up later that day. This of course was impossible due to the fact that it was hours before my wedding began and I would not be back in Tampa. I even asked point blank if there was any type of concession she could offer and I was bluntly told, "No." I was also told that I would still be charged for her nonexistent "services". This company has very poor customer service, poor handling of order, and terrible attitude. If you are planning a party, wedding, any celebration, DO NOT USE this company. The way I was handled as a customer, as a BRIDE, I would NEVER want anyone else to go through the horrific ordeal that I had to endure.
This company should not be in the service business. The way they handled my order should not have to be endured by anyone else. They could not hold up their end of the contract, offered poor customer service, and provided no guarantee of delivery and product.
