Facilities and Capacity

The covered and uncovered outdoor event spaces at Aspenwood Ranch can accommodate up to 150 guests for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and elopements, as well as pre-wedding events such as bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Couples are given free reign of the wedding barn, surrounding patios, hay fields, and lawns for the day of the wedding, all with scenic views of the surrounding countryside. They also include use of their dressing area with a full-length mirror for the wedding party to get ready in before the ceremony. There is plenty of parking available on-site for guests and vendors.

Services Offered

A ranch representative will be present on the property throughout the entire day to answer any questions a couple may have during the wedding. Aspenwood Ranch invites couples to bring their own event rentals to create their dream space, or use the venue’s supply of an arch, chairs, and tables. In addition, couples can also find their own outside vendors to assist with photography, wedding planning, floral needs, catering, and decorating. Along with an event planner to take care of all the details, the venue will also supply a licensed bartender to help serve any beverages a couple may bring on-site.
