We booked Ashley for three reasons. 1. She photographed my best friend's wedding and came highly recommended. 2. I fell in love with the rich, saturated colors throughout her portfolio. 3. We have a lot of LGBTQ friends and family, and it was important for all of our vendors to be welcoming and kind to them. I knew she would be. We learned the other reasons she was the perfect choice for us after we already locked her down. First, she can go with a bit! We had some nontraditional ideas for our engagement shoot and wedding photos, and there were some things that have become routine we didn't want to do. She gave great advice but never pressured us to do the routine things, and she jumped in feet first when it was time to bring my wacky ideas to life. Second, she is VERY experienced. I didn't think we would need direction to get photos that were romantic but still natural-looking and not awkward (we're in love, how hard could it be?) but we did, and she knew how to get those out of us. She also has a Mary Poppins bag full of supplies. For instance, my husband's ring box was plain and wooden, but the final detail shot features a purple velvet box that matches his suit. She is like a good fairy! And shoutout to Tate, Ashley's second in command, who was kind and helpful throughout the event. They're a wonderful team and made us feel so taken care of. I am blown away by all the candid shots they were able to capture, and I will treasure them forever. Couples, the lady keeps busy, so book her ASAP. Then make sure to include her team in your seating chart and give them a meal.

Ashley is just the SWEETEST! Her photos turn out absolutely stunning and she has such a vision for unique setups and design.

We got married during quarantine and Ashley was always understanding and accommodating. We LOVED how laid-back she was. She really goes with the flow! We had such a good wedding day—it went off without a hitch and everything was imperfectly perfect. Ashley contributed to the beautifully low-stress day and always brought out laughter and fun during our shoots!

During my photographer search, I noticed Ashley was the only photographer in the area offering a boudoir shoot. This had me hooked immediately: I knew someone who encouraged celebration of sexuality was the right photographer for me. Ashley made me feel comfortable and free in my lingerie. I found myself having a lot of fun strutting around in my undies, and she got some incredible shots. I gave a calendar to my husband for Christmas, and now he wants one every year featuring different pictures from that shoot (LOL).

We had a fun time bonding with her as a couple on our engagement shoot (due to timing, it was really a pre-wedding shoot). She chose great backdrops around town and allowed us to shoot in several outfits. She even allowed our dogs to come to the shoot (our most treasured family photo)! She was able to create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing our personalities to unfold. She then captured those personalities in so many artful ways.

The information she captured about us a couple allowed her to create a marvelous body of work on our actual wedding day. There were TOO many good pictures to choose from! All of her work is quality. We were astounded by the amount of time, energy, and attention she put into us as a couple. Great prices. We love Ashley so much!

Ashley and her team are amazing! She was extremely flexible with adapting our purchased package to our updated needs thanks to COVID-19. Our photos are so stunning and vibrant! She gave us just what we wanted, a mix of traditional and fun. On the day of, she made photos really easy and stress-free. I didn’t look awkward and stiff because she made everything so fun and made me feel beautiful. We were even able to get some fun photos with our dog. Her photo albums are amazing and we can’t wait to put our photos up around our home.

Ashley is such a talented photographer and hype-woman. Ashley took our engagement photos and was there for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and did a great job of capturing us. We hired Ashley because of how bright, vibrant, and simply fun her pictures looked. We knew we didn’t want the trendy white-washed pictures and we wanted to have fun with our pictures. When we told her we wanted to incorporate our tandem bicycle into our wedding day, she responded with something along the lines of “hell yeah” – that’s when we knew we found the right person to work with.
I just keep looking through our sneak peek photos from the wedding in awe and having to hold back from printing off my favorites because I know there are so many more to come. I cannot recommend Ashley and her crew enough for your big day or any pictures you want!

There is only one word to summarize my experience with Ashley: A-MAZ-ING. I fell in love with her style after finding her on The Knot - and through long-distance planning, she was able to chat with us, get to know our couple style, and was so down-to-earth and so willing to work with our ideas, and yet also able to just roll with it and use her vision to capture every moment. On the day, Ashley and Jackie were calm, cool and collected despite running around and shooting every aspect of our wedding in the hot August sun. We are still beaming as we look through all of our photos - they truly captured who we are as a couple - would 100/100 recommend!
