The entire ASC team was wonderful to work with. Lorraine was our main contact throughout the last 1.5 years of planning - talk about patience and professionalism. I must’ve asked hundreds of questions and sent so many emails double checking we had everything we needed for the big day. She made the planning easier and put my mind at ease. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.. a dream vendor. We can’t wait to see her on the mountain this ski season!

The staff did a phenomenal job, both working with us to setup during the day before the wedding, as well as during the ceremony and reception. Every person was attentive, detail oriented, and enjoyable to work with, and the food was great as well. We loved the ceremony location at the top of Buttermilk and can't recommend it enough for its unique view down the Maroon Creek valley. The reception space at the Buttermilk Mountain Lodge was also wonderful because the space was large enough to be flexible without feeling overwhelming. Overall, great job by the ASC Catering crew.

Eva, Sharon, Chef Andrew and the entire ASC Catering team was truly top notch for our wedding on October 3, 2015. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from planning to execution. The team was patient, creative and far surpassed any and all of my expectations! I am a hospitality professional so tend to be a stickler for good service and ASC Catering's front of house and back of house staff absolutely blew my mind. The service was impeccable and attentive and the food was creative, unique and absolutely delicious and executed perfectly. I could not have asked for a better catering vendor to work with and could not recommend them more!

Our wedding reception was a year and a half ago and people are still talking about the food by ASC Catering. "I want that mac n' cheese again!" "I got three plates that night!"

When we were in the planning process we initially didn't want to spend too much on the food...until we met Eva for a tasting. Game changer! We shifted our budget to make our event the tastiest in town with ASC. The menu and presentation were flawless from the start. During our tasting, we only changed one thing on the original menu to accommodate the children at the event.

The staff made our BBQ reception go off without a hitch. They were friendly, smiling, catering and always made sure that my husband and I had a cocktail in hand. I highly recommend ASC for any event. If they can make 'pigs in a blanket' the talk of the night...they can literally do anything. Cheers!

If there were a '10' rating on this site that is what we would use to describe our phenomenal experience with ASC catering. We had an intimate wedding for immediate family at the Lynn Britt cabin - and it really could not have been more perfect! We worked with Eva and we found her to be nothing but warm, accommodating, full of exciting ideas and extremely responsive. She even provided a list of local vendors we could work with for our flowers, officiant and photographer - and they were all equally as impressive.

Since we live out of town we spent a weekend in Snowmass/Aspen to work on our arrangements. Eva picked us up at our hotel and took us to the cabin where we spent well over an hour discussing ideas for the wedding. Any request we made, including hunting down specific wines, was met with an enthusiastic attitude and positive results. We could not have asked for better service.

We held our ceremony outside the cabin so we could enjoy the incredible views and color of the turning leaves. Afterwards, we had champagne and passed hors d'oeuvres before we took pictures. Eva made sure the kids in attendance had champagne flutes with apple cider so they could be included! Afterwards, we moved inside for our reception. The food was absolutely out of this world and our guests STILL talk about how amazing the entrees were. Eva's staff onsite that evening were all amazing. They were organized, aware of all the requests and plans we made and were very professional and pleasant. The night was definitely "all about us".

The most impressive part of the evening though came when a family member needed to be transported via ambulance to the hospital in Aspen. The staff made sure that everyone who stayed at the cabin was taken care of given the circumstances. And the first person to show up at the hospital to see if any support could be provided there was...Eva. You cannot go wrong working with ASC catering for your event!!!

I loved working with Eva, and the entire ASC Catering team on a wedding earlier this year. They are the best of the best and made my role as the wedding planner much smoother and completely seamless.
ASC exceeded all expectations from the innovative food, excellent customer service, and professionalism throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, their team was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful, and the food was out of this world! Guests are still raving about the creative hors d'oeuvres and unique bites.

We had our wedding reception at Elk Camp on Snowmass Mountain on 9/27/15 and had an incredible experience with ASC

Starting with the planning process, Eva was fantastic to work with. She is so organized, has great ideas and clearly knows the venue and local vendors extremely well. I felt in great hands from the moment we started talking! We made a few extra trips to Aspen this summer and fall and she always made time to meet with us at Elk Camp. And she was very free giving with advice - even beyond events that were under her umbrella (hotels, bus companies, music etc.). We have been coming to Snowmass for almost 20 years but it was an incredible help to have her insight.

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. Elk Camp looked better than I imagined. I added many small touches to our event and Eva's team set everything up just as I imagined (or better). The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the table service was efficient and on point (we had 245, so this was not a small feat). The food was delicious; everything was cooked perfectly (even the wild rice!) and so so good. I have a huge, very honest family and all had nothing but good things to say. So, I am sure my experience as bride was not unique.

Then the rest of the party was incredibly fun. We had a bit of a wild bunch, but the space accommodated and everyone was able to really let loose. We even moved the dance floor from indoors to out because it was such a gorgeous night, and it was completely seamless. Just about the entire party stayed until the music shut off - which we were not expecting - and the service was incredible through the very end. No one wanted to leave!

It was such a great team and we are so happy to have worked with them! I'm so thankful to have been able to relax an enjoy it because of the competent team running the show. Gorgeous venue and amazing service!

We had an amazing experience using ASC Catering for our wedding! Eva and her staff were very responsive and patient in helping us craft a perfect menu for our event. They were also very flexible in accommodating our personal touches, from our remote venue to the unusual plates we wanted to use.
The service and food were both impeccable; we received many guest compliments on each. Staff were very attentive during cocktail hour and made sure that every guest was able to taste the full suite of passed hors d'oeuvres. We also very much appreciated the special attention paid to our parents and grandparents.
As far as dinner was concerned, one guest commented that it was the best vegetarian entree they'd ever been served at a wedding (the gnocchi! yum!), and the "adult" mac and cheese that was served with the BBQ chicken was a huge hit. The staff even prepared customized plates for myself and the groom as we simply couldn't decide between the amazing entrees we selected for the event. They also prepared two fantastic "to-go" boxes for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed later in the evening and the next day. Kudos to Chef Phil House and his team!
I couldn't recommend ASC Catering more, for both weddings and other events (they have catered events for my employer as well). They played a huge role in making sure the most meaningful day of our lives was also the best!
