Brenton and Melisa are an incredible , enthusiastic, lovely couple! It was so nice to have them both capture moments that we will look back on and treasure forever. They really are an awesome duo! They are a pleasure to have around. They take awesome pictures while making everyone feel totally relaxed. You will not be disappointed if you pick them. We really liked Melisa & Brenton. They are a great couple, and very friendly. They are professional, and creative. They really make you feel comfortable on shoot, and their photos are good. Everything went well except when it came to communication. It was like pulling teeth getting a hold of them. I understand that they have other responsibilities outside of their photography, but we would wait a week for one word answers. It was hard getting our original photoshoot set up. We also had to beg for both our engagement photos, and our wedding photos. We finally got our finished wedding portfolio 3 months after our wedding. They had a lot of technical issues, that seemed unusual for experience photographers. One other critique I have for them, is that I spent a lot of time picked out a color palette for our wedding. There was a purpose to all of the colors in our wedding party, and flowers. They used a filter that manipulated this palette, and it did not represent my original vision. But other than that the photos were great, and they did a good job on shoot.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

We hired Brenton and Missy Osburn to record and provide a video/trailer of our wedding held on 9/5/20. We did not hire them for any sort of photography. We have attempted to contact them multiple times, and have yet to receive our wedding video. To add context, we didn't want to task our friends/family with recording our ceremony after we had reduced our invitation list due to COVID-19. We just wanted a video to show our relatives/friends we had to un-invite for health/safety concerns. We have since lost some of those family members. We now have a newborn daughter who may never see a video of her parents' wedding day.

Upon contacting Brenton early on, he stated that there were COVID-related issues, and we have been patient. However, it seems as though they have had no problem taking on new clients since our wedding day.

They do not respond to e-mails, and we cannot recommend them. It took some harping and almost a year for them to provide a trailer for our wedding. Subsequent e-mails have remained unanswered.
