We had some issues with my band - had it made by them but had to return several times to have more work done on it. It's still not perfect and I lost one of the diamonds during our honeymoon. On the other hand, they've had been more than willing to make sure that I'm happy with my ring and have not charged me for any of the return visits to their store for touch ups or replacing the diamond. Overall the guys there are great and have beautiful jewelry - I'd like to think that my experience is unique and most people would be very satisfied with this jewelry store. I will continue to shop there in the future.
We also bought my husband's wedding band there will no problems what so ever.
