My fiancee bought my engagement ring from Art & Gems Jewelers. It's a fun and classy Doctor Who ring, and looks great! It was also incredibly cheap (especially compared to some of the rings out there). I wouldn't change it for the world!

Despicable
I cannot express how unbelievably angry that I am with Art and Gems Jewelers without multiple expletives, so I'll just give the details.
My husband bought me the Grand Police Box ring in Sterling Silver with Sapphires for Christmas. I liked it, but have tiny fingers and the design was a little overwhelming for my hand. My husband called and asked if he could return it and they said 'no'. Fine, it was $500 but they're probably some mom-and-pop company that can't afford it (Google Maps shows otherwise), he should have checked first. I am a staunch Whovian, liked the ring and would wear it, so it wasn't a loss. Except that my husband ordered a size 5.5 ring but we received a 6.5. Two of the sapphires on the side were chipped and set badly but they were tiny and on the sides, so I didn't get picky about the stones. Again I said, 'Fine, whatever, let's exchange it for the right size'. So the Art and Gems representative said that they would UPS an insured box to us in which we could return the ring to them. This was the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. We waited... and called... and waited... after several more phone calls, I received the box on January 26th. Yes, it took them a FULL MONTH to send me the freakin' EMPTY BOX. (It wasn't even a Police Box.. buh-dum-bum).
I sent the ring back to them on January 28th 2016. The tracking number on the return box showed that they received and signed for it on February 3rd, 2017. So, we waited... called... waited... called... Today is March 11TH, 2017. IT HAS BEEN TWO AND A HALF MONTHS, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND **I STILL DON'T HAVE MY RING**. What is wrong with these people?
So, yeah I'm ticked off and I'm sure you would agree that it is rightly so... But I ask you, what about people that are buying engagement rings and wedding bands? Will your rings arrive in time for the wedding? Do you intend to use your jewelry purchase to celebrate some other special occasion? What happens if you don't get it in time? Clearly they won't let you cancel or refund your order, even if it their mistake. So your wedding goes off without a hitch, except that you had to wear plastic rings because these guys decided to slack off. Stay away from these guys and buy one of the amazing designs available on Etsy.
Don't buy from Art and Gems Jewelers- They have hideous service, do not give refunds and send chipped stones... if they even send you the merchandise.
Edit- I just tried calling again and he hung up on me.
