We got married in June and had the cello and violin duet at our church ceremony. It was such a beautiful touch to our ceremony. Rebecca was so great to work with and was very understanding about the logistics for a church ceremony. They played such a beautiful variety of music for our guests to enjoy. We loved the range of songs that they offer to play. What a magical moment to have the strings as I walked down the aisle.

Arreaux Strings is Phenomenal! Working with Rebecca Shaw was probably the easiest part about wedding planning. She was so helpful and gracious leading up to our big day. We hired the string quartet for our wedding and they were phenomenal. They played at our ceremony and our cocktail hour and were a huge hit. We can't thank you all enough!

We hired Arreaux Strings for our outdoor wedding at Plimoth-Patuxet this past August. They were a pleasure to work with. They responded to our inquiry and later correspondence quickly and their fee was very reasonable. We chose to have a cellist and violinist for our ceremony. They have a substantial and diverse song list and are also willing to learn new songs for a minimal fee. They let us know in advance if there was anything they needed for their set up (they just needed two chairs in our case). Payment was also easy because they accept online payment. Overall, I would recommend Arreaux to anyone looking for ceremony musicians for their wedding.

My husband and I were married about a month ago in the midst of COVID. We decided to have a micro wedding at the Museum of Science and used Arreaux Strings to provide the music for our reception dinner. They were amazing! We absolutely loved working with them, it was so easy! We communicated with Rebecca Shaw and she was incredibly professional and prompt for every email and phone call/zoom! We wanted to have a string duo playing current music all throughout our dinner to provide a nice background ambiance and fun atmosphere for our guests. Especially since we weren’t allowed to dance and there were only about 20 people. Arreaux were perfect and exactly what we wanted, our guests loved guessing the songs and it was a fun surprise since they were expecting classical music! They have a huge catalog of current music available to play and learned 2 new songs just for us that they didn’t have in the catalog. I can’t say enough how happy we were to work with them! They even replayed a song so my dad and I could have a little unplanned father daughter dance, which was really special. I highly recommend using Arreaux Strings for your event! It couldn’t have gone better!
