Let me start off by saying that Arif gave us a free engagement shoot that was phenomenal!

My wedding was last night and it was... Interesting. BUT, I have to write about Arif's team because he was the only vendor I hired that kept it professional from beginning to end.

My Coordinator and set up was 2 hours late, making my ceremony late. My DJ ended up drunk and unable to walk or break down his equipment. But Arif, professional, fun, and incredibly pleasant. They were the ONLY ones that I had no stress with.

I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures and video.

First I'll start off with Arif is the best!! He made things for me and my husband who are shy extremely comfortable fun and not awkward at all. He understood exactly how I wanted the pictures done and the scenery we had in mind and I would not hesitate on calling him again for our next photos!! Our engagement and wedding pictures could not have been any better!! Everyone loved them!! ??

-Photos: Look AMAZING. We received over 900 photos and he has an eye for what looks beautiful. Top quality photographer and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to all of my other friends and family.

-Contract & Pricing: worked within our budget. Originally had him and a 2nd photographer, but when we saw that his 2nd photographer was pregnant, he made the executive decision to have her only take the "first look" photos and sent her home. Obviously we agreed about that as well, he even dropped the price on our contract.

-Communication: whether via text or email, he responded immediately within about 24 to 48 hours. Communication during the actual photo shoot is great as well. He is very respectful and gives cues to you as the wedding couple on what to do. He is calming and encouraging. Makes it a relaxing environment in what could be a hectic, chaotic speedy atmosphere.

-Professionalism: no issues here. Exceeded both my then-fiance and my own expectations.

-Flexibility: worked with us at all times.

-Value: You get so much of his work for such a low price. Awesome guy, will really treat you guys well. We still keep in touch today.

Well, I would like to start off by saying that when I first met Thomas "Arif" Pierce I was very impressed. He was down to earth, very pleasant and his work is amazing. With his wedding services, he offers the engagement session at no extra cost and we had an amazing time and we very pleased with the photos he took and the quality (I uploaded a photo he took). Keep in mind, he did work with our budget and we signed a contract. He doesn't charge by hour, he showed up to the hotel at 9am-10:30pm. He had a few assistants and took plenty of photos and video footage. He said it would be a couple of weeks for the photos, I contacted him 2 months later to follow up. At first he didn't respond, but then said he had a family emergency, which I understood and he said it would be within the week....some more time passed. We finally received an envelope with 2 disks on 05/13/2015, one with the photos and the other with the video footage. Towards the end of the night he mentioned he took over 7,000 pictures and I only received 245 pictures, so many pictures were missing! I have no pictures of us with our families. No pictures Of the groomsmen before the ceremony, no cake cuttinG, the flower girls, my moms reaction to me in my dress....so many special moments I know for a fact he captured and I got nothing. I got about 20 pictures of just me at the altar (which were not even flattering). No video footage of the time at the hotel, my husband and I reading our letters we wrote to each other before the ceremony, my bridal party or me walking down the aisle or at the reception, our speeches....nothing! All I got was the ceremony footage that was shaky when I was already at the altar and a 4 minute video overview of the day. What happened to the footage before and after? Who knows? He hasn't responded to my calls, texts, Facebook messages or emails and has now blocked me from his Facebook and Instagram. I just want my memories and unfortunately I will never get them back.

RUNN!!! This piece of crap said he had 3 memory cards full of photos and asked to leave early, we said ok. Contract said he would have 200-500 photos. Only ended up giving us 30 photos. Completely ghosted us then months later said he would meet to give us rest of photos and he never showed up!!!! He's a terrible person and he uses a fake name!

To date, it has been over 8 months since our wedding and we had paid this vendor for videography services. I have tried to contact him numerous times in the last month and he will not respond to me. He has given me the run around saying that he has sent it, will send it again... and nothing. We paid him 1000 plus tips for the videography alone. How does someone take money and not provide the services promised? It's really sad for us as these were our memories that we had hoped to cherish for generations to come.
