Ariana's Bridal has helped me with finding many services as a one stop shop. My wedding gown, Bridesmaid dresses and getting them in quickly and provided alterations. A florist and a cake specialist as.well but since I already had my cake done by Rosie Cakes (Dominican cakes).I am using the florist service. Blessings overall! Thank you.

Love Ariana's Bridal!! They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating! Love the customer service! Really feel like a valued customer and as if I've known the staff my whole life! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Long story short she took money for jobs that she did not complete nor do in bribed me to delete my Google review in order to get my refund . Not only did she have an issue with me but there were several people within my wedding party who came to her for her services and she scammed as well!

Poor service. Find somewhere else.

Don’t waste your money for oversized suits...

So, I was the best man at my friends wedding. It was literally my first wedding experience and I couldn't believe how grossly oversized all of the tuxedos looked. I'm a realtor that wears suits 5 days out of the week and sometimes on Saturdays so I know how suits should fit. I'm mortified on how unprofessional and disrespectful the shop owner was to the bride and groom after they had payed her in full. Honestly, I would have never picked this place strictly because of how nonchalant and carefree Ariana was. No owner/manager should be bribing nor holding hostage or monies that were not rightfully earned. Again I'm in the customer service industry and we all know the customer always should be first. Hopefully this is a 🚫WARNING🚫 and caveat to all who enter this unforgiving bridal shop who will not admit or apologize her faults let alone resolve them.

IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I COME HERE! I WAS THE GROOM FOR THE WEDDING, I GOT ALL 5 OF MY TUXES FOR MY PARTY HERE AT THIS STORE AND I WAS SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED! ALL THE TUXES WERE BAGGY AND MISFITTING AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THE LADY ABOUT IT SHE WAS VERY PUSHY AND WOULD JUST TELL ME TO NOT WORRY THAT IT LOOKS GOOD SHE DIDNT WANT TO ALTER ANY OF THE TUXES WHICH WAS INCLUDED! FELT LIKE SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVE THE RUN AROUND, THEN WE ALSO GAVE HER MORE BUSINESS WHICH WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! WE HAD HER SEAMSTRESS ALTER MY DUAGHTERS FLOWER GIRL DRESS AND SHE MESSED IT UP HORRIBLY HAD ONE OF THE SHOULDERS A DIFFERENT SIZE THEN THE OTHER AND TRIED TO SEW A PATTERN ON ANOTHER PATTERN SO AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEM THEY AGREED TO GIVE
ME A REFUND SEEING ONLY FAIR AS I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! SO I WENT TO GO PICK UP THE REFUND THAT THEY PROMISED ME AND SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE SEAMSTRESS NOR HER WOULD BE GIVING US A REFUND AS THEY FELT INSULTED BY OUR CRITICISM ON THEIR SERVICES! VERY MEDIOCRE AND SHADY BUSINESS, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE HERE! EVERYTHING FOR MY WEDDING WAS PERFECT EXCEPT OUR TUXES! LORD ONLY KNOWS HOW MY WEDDING PARTY WILL LOOK IN THE PICTURES 😔
