I hired Archel Rolwing as my day of wedding coordinator, but she was so much more than that! My wedding was a destination wedding (I live in Texas) and she worked with me months leading up to the wedding. Because I was traveling I had a lot of items that I wanted to purchase but not bring with me in my luggage. I mailed almost every piece of wedding décor (minus the flowers and centerpieces) to Archel. She held onto everything for me and would unpack everything to make sure everything looked okay. I even had picture frames that broke and she fixed them!

My goal for my wedding day was for my family and I to be able to relax and not worry about something not getting done. Archel and her team made sure that happened. After the wedding she boxed up all my décor, and sent it with my mom to bring back. Archel and her team were there to make sure everything was perfect and they did an excellent job. I’m very organized and good at planning, so I didn’t need a full on wedding planner (Archel is both), but knew I wanted a wedding day coordinator to make sure everything went as planned, and I don’t regret it one bit. Archel will be there for you hand and foot way before the wedding, during and wedding, and even after the wedding if you need her to be. She’s the best!

I'm the type of person to research absolutely all options before deciding anything. Archel and Brittney were definitely one of, if not the best decision I made. They were both completely amazing and helpful in planning a destination wedding with me. They were very responsive, insightful, and addressed my hundreds of concerns leading up to the day. The day of, Archel took care of everything and I had zero worries. Things definitely went wrong but she took care of them so I didn't have to. Highly, highly recommend hiring this team, you will not regret it.

If you want the best of everything, with flawless execution, Archel and her team is the way to go! From the moment we hired her to the day of our wedding Archel never disappointed. She has the best relationships with vendors that truly brought my "Pinterest Board" to life. Her customer service and response to every e-mail, text, phone call is speedy and exceptional. I would definitely recommended Archel Rowling Events to future couples and will use her again for other family events!

My ceremony/reception venue Siena Golf Club uses All Events Production for the DJ/lighting services, so as part of my venue fee, I got their services for the whole night. I then added the day of coordinator services from All Events Production as well - and they contract it out/use Archel Rolwing. I can't comment on Archel's price/value when hiring her separately, I paid $1000 for a combo of pre-wedding support, as well as day of coordination, set-up and take down.

Archel was a pleasure to work with! She and her team were all very nice, friendly, professional and supportive. Flexible with my last minute requests (placecards), and placed everything exactly how I would have done it. Everything looked beautiful!
They created my timeline, communicated with all the vendors I had hired, came to my rehearsal where I also gave her all my decor, and arrived early on the day -of to place all my decor and ensure everything was running smoothly.
She also checked in with me throughout the day while I was getting ready to ensure I was calm, excited and ensure I knew everything was under control. At the end of the night, she and her team packed the whole place up, including all the flowers and left over dessert and made sure nothing was missed. As well as send me off to the hotel with my cards box to make sure I didn't leave valuables behind.

All in all, loved working with her and would highly recommend it!

I absolutely LOVED Archel! She was the sweetest woman to have plan my wedding. She was just the day of coordinator and she did SO much more than day of. I'm from Southern California so I was very overwhelmed with trying to plan a destination wedding in Vegas at Legends Ranch and she made this process 100x easier and less stressful for me. She was so responsive and you could just tell she loves doing what she does and she loves to help out in whatever way she can. She made my wedding day so much less stressful. On the day of, she really made the day about you, didn't stress me out with anything that went wrong, she just handled it. Our original photographer cancelled just 2 days before the wedding because of family issues and Archel found a quick replacement that same night! I have nothing bad to say about Archel! If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further and hire Archel! Her and Brittney work so well together :) I can't say it enough but I loved her!

The best wedding decision I made was hiring Archel Rolwing Events for my DOC! Archel and her assistant Brittney were fabulous from start to finish -- so chill and on top of everything, no pretensions whatsoever, incredibly friendly to us and our guests. Archel made a timeline that ran perfectly and kept all of our vendors in order and on the same page. She immediately smoothed over the couple of bumps in the day; if anything else went wrong, I never knew about it -- I got to just relax and enjoy everything while Archel and Brittney took care of making things happen. Prior to the wedding, Archel was incredibly patient with all my neurotic questions, gave great advice based on her experience and knowledge of the Vegas area, and was very on point with communication in general. And if your wedding isn't 100% WIC-approved, Archel is completely cool with that (some other planners I contacted seemed kind of confused or even resistant -- Archel was totally on board). Quit reading this review and just HIRE HER!

If you ever wanted to feel like you have a real friend who is also extremely talented and great at her job then look no further - Archel and her team are everything you need and more.

It all started when my fiance and I decided we could plan our own wedding and failed miserably trying. We quickly realized just how much time management and meticulous detail the event required and neither of us had a lot of time on our hands planning from another location!

Needless to say we decided to hire a wedding planner and were kindly introduced to Archel by another vendor in the area. We are so glad this serendipitous event happened because she went above and beyond everything we could have hoped for. She was always available to us in answering our piece mail questions, extremely knowledgable about local vendors, considerate with working within our budget, went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and just a joy to be around. She also was very supportive when I was going through a stressful time during the wedding and sent me a hand-written card.

I'll never forget our wedding day or this experience. We received so many compliments on the decor, the venue and most importantly, how seamlessly the event went and this is all thanks to Archel and her team!

Archel was always quick to respond to emails and texts. She coordinated well with our vendors and was really on top of things on our special day.

We had chose Archel after our original planner dissapeard on us, Nd as devastating as that was it was the best thing that could have happened to us because we ended up with Archel. There isn't enough good I can say about her! She is so friendly and so personable and puts your mind at complete ease! Planning a wedding online from Canada for a place you've never been before is stressful! And even through all our blips and changes we had she was fantastic and put my mind at complete ease! She dealt with every step of the way and made the planning process more of s fun experience vs the stressful one it was starting out as! We had to cancel our reception portion and plan a completely different style of wedding and she made it an easy process! Her prices are affordable especially for what you are receiving! After meeting her in person the day of the wedding, I couldn't have been happier! She was on the ball with our timings dealing with our guests and making sure our day went smoothly! She was the one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding from so far away!

I don't even know where to start! We were blown away by Archel Rowling Events. They're absolutely AMAZING! We are so grateful that we hired them because planning a wedding from far away is not all that easy and they made it smooth and stress free. Archel & her team went well above our expectations! We hired them as a day of coordinator, but they were so much more than that and did so much behind the scenes. They were extremely detail oriented, organized, very responsive and patient with all of our questions. The day of our wedding was stress free and we loved how beautiful they made the barn look with all of our DIY decor. It looked more gorgeous than I could've ever imagined. Most importantly, after getting to know Archel I have to say she is one of the sweetest and caring people and is very passionate about what she does. I can honestly say hiring Archel and her assistant Brittany was the best decision we made! We highly recommended them! Don't look anywhere else for a planner because you will not be disappointed.
