Staff really didn't really understand what I needed, my wedding cake wasn't the first cake I've ordered from them, but head baker and managers really do understand and try their best to get my ideas and work with me as best they can. Price was great for what we ordered, a lot cheaper than local bakeries in Galveston, only bakery in the Houston area that would deliver all the way to the island. Delivery was on time, taste was delicious. I loved it!

The staff was not helpful or knowledgable unless the head baker was present.
