Our experience with Aqua has been incredible, from start to finish. Samantha has been the best coordinator that I could have ever asked for. We had all of our questions responded to in timely manner, and she was always giving us suggestions as to how to further improve and ensure that our wedding day goes as we planned. We had our wedding at Aqua Estate, and we actually reserved it before everything was fully constructed because we had faith that it was going to come out beautiful - and it did! We loved how everything turned out; decorations were beautiful, we enjoyed our stay at the mansion, the food was delicious, their bartenders and waiters were very friendly and fast, communication at 100% from start to finish, everything was very clean and they ensured sanitation and cleanliness policies were in place. We are so happy with how everything turned out!! Thank you to the Aqua team and especially to Samantha!!!

Jackie and the rest of the staff are awesome. They allow you to customize your package and welcome ideas to enhance the experience. It's a one stop shop with this company. The rates can't be beat in my opinion.

My husband and I got married here on 11/16/18. From the initial contact when inquiring about visiting the venue, Jackie and staff were very professional and welcoming. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue to tie the knot! They are basically all-inclusive and have vendors that they work closely and cooperatively with, this takes an ABUNDANCE of wedding planning stress away. Seriously, this place was a dream come true! They made sure everything was taken care of and everything was delivered and done in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and ability to listen effectively and remember everything that you say, was exceptional. The decor was BEAUTIFUL! Very elegant, intimate, and personal, as you are allowed to choose everything exactly how you’d like it to be. And, most importantly I must not forget, AFFORDABLE! They will cater to every budget and still make you feel like a celebrity! When I say that Jackie and staff went ABOVE and BEYOND, they did just that. For example, I wanted to toss a different bouquet from my own, but forgot to bring it. In 5 minutes, they had went and made me one specifically for tossing so I had NOTHING to worry about that night. I will have event after event at Aqua Reception Hall, and HIGHLY recommend them for any celebration in your life!

Aqua Reception Ball Room is one of a kind. When I was first looking for a place for my reception I wanted a place that looked modern, had a built in kitchen, good tasted great and the staff to be professional. This is what my husband and I got at Aqua, and much more. Lina, our decorator was with us from the very beginning. Jacqueline, one of the representatives goes above and beyond making sure your needs are catered, answering all your 200 questions via phone and or email. We also had Camilla, our wedding day coordinator, who may I add www pregnant at the time, and did not let that stop her. She was on top of everything, making sure our wedding ran smoothly and on time. My decorations were spectacular, all the extra things I brought were placed exactly how I wanted. I truly don’t have enough words to express the immense gratitude to ALL of the team members of the Aqua Reception Hall from the security guard to even the waiters, everyone made our wedding day one that I will never forget. THANK YOU!!!

I got married here last month and I can't say enough good things about this place!! Neither one of us live in Florida so this was a destination weddding for us where we needed some special accommodations and they were so helpful. Jackie went above and beyond!!! Even responding to urgent messages when she was out sick. No matter how many events she had going on she always made us and our concerns feel like a priority! The venue was amazing. If there is anything I would have done different it probably would be to use my own photographer instead of the one they provided as I didn't love how my pics came out. But other then that the food was good, the staff was excellent, and I was really able to have my dream wedding here! I totally recommend this place!!!

My wife and I recently hosted our daughter’s 15’s at AQUA Reception Hall in the month of May. I am not one to write many reviews, however, I am taking the time to write on how beautiful this venue looked for our daughter’s quinces.
We found the venue on this web site, therefore, i find appropriate to place the review on here.
She wanted a Paris theme, and AQUA gave us more than what we expected. The staff starting with the sales associate(Samantha) to the general manager (Lina) and all the vendors, not only had the patience and professional courtesy to deal with us but made our daughters dreams a reality. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The venue went out their way to add some additional items which were not included. Thank you so very much. It’s the small details that make the difference. The music, lighting, decoration, photo booth, and staff were amazing. Our coordinator said we had nothing to worry about that evening, and that is exactly how it happened. My hat’s off to Lina and the rest the team at AQUA. All of our guest are still raving about our event.

After looking into a few venues we decided that Aqua was our way to go. What we really liked about this venue was the courtesy and professionalism that they brought to the table. From getting our first appointment to our wedding, the Aqua team was able to make the whole process as smooth as possible. When we first met Samantha we were amazed by how knowledgeable she was of the industry and we liked how she was able to guide us in making our decisions the best ones. She was able to help us out in choosing what we needed for our venue, as well as what we would not be needing, based on our preferences. Claudia was very helpful in getting the flower arrangements we wanted. We were able to meet with her, and the way she was able to get our ideas and make it into beautiful flower arrangements was amazing, from the table decor, to the bouquet, we were in love with the whole design. Lina, who assisted us in getting our linen design and setup going, assisted us the night of the wedding. Lina was there throughout the whole night making sure everything was running smooth. Not only were Samantha, Claudia, and Lina the best of their business and what they do, but complete Aqua personnel were amazing. The waiters and waitresses of the night, as well as the security made sure we were accommodated in anything we needed, even when we had two last minute plate changes, and one last minute guest change, they were very understanding. As part of the entertainment packages they provided, we chose the photo booth, which all of our guests loved. The most exciting was the Hora Loca, provided by Black and Wine events, which were amazing. They had a man with stilts and a samba girl who brought a lot of party life to the venue. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed this part of the night and with the props we provided our guest were full of energy!!!

My wife, Monica and I, recently held our wedding and reception this past Sunday April 17, 2016 at this elegant and beautiful venue. Words cannot describe the overall experience we had. AQUA, thank you for a memorable evening . The moment we walked in, we were greeted by their sales staff who treated us with professionalism and kindness. They listened to what we wanted for our wedding, reception and worked with our initial budget. As well all I know we start with a certain budget and then we start expanding from there :) Always keeping in mind, our vision, from the decor, to the tasting, to additional items we wanted which were not in our original package, to the to the final production, our wedding, was exactly what we dreamed off.
Our compliments to the chef for the delicious food served that evening. The waiting staff was extra courteous and attentive to our needs throughout the evening. The DJ had all of our guest dancing and played all sorts of music which our guest and us requested throughout the night. The Photobooth was a hit. Thank you AQUA for that suggestion, all of our guest loved it.
Our only small issue was the “hora loca” which came out 15 minutes late. But we still partied and had a great time.
Overall, our experience was magnificent and the quality that the venue delivers is top notch. I definitely would recommend this venue.
