    Incredible service; our wedding was AWESOME!

    Our experience with Aqua has been incredible, from start to finish. Samantha has been the best coordinator that I could have ever asked for. We had all of our questions responded to in timely manner, and she was always giving us suggestions as to how to further improve and ensure that our wedding day goes as we planned. We had our wedding at Aqua Estate, and we actually reserved it before everything was fully constructed because we had faith that it was going to come out beautiful - and it did! We loved how everything turned out; decorations were beautiful, we enjoyed our stay at the mansion, the food was delicious, their bartenders and waiters were very friendly and fast, communication at 100% from start to finish, everything was very clean and they ensured sanitation and cleanliness policies were in place. We are so happy with how everything turned out!! Thank you to the Aqua team and especially to Samantha!!!

    Completely exceeded our expectations!

    What an amazing experience/process to have planned out wedding with the Aqua staff.
    From beginning to end everyone at Aqua was personable, responsive, involved, professional. I cannot recommend this place enough!
    Their vendors were AMAZING! Everything was just perfect the day of. Samantha, the day of coordination was just so on task, nice, professional.
    Aqua truly exceeded our expectations. We had a dream wedding. It is just unbelievable the value that we got for what we paid for.
    All out guests were impressed.
    Very thankful to Aqua for giving us a perfect wedding!

    Aqua Reception is the place to book!

    Jackie and the rest of the staff are awesome. They allow you to customize your package and welcome ideas to enhance the experience. It's a one stop shop with this company. The rates can't be beat in my opinion.

    Exceptional Service, Above and Beyond

    My husband and I got married here on 11/16/18. From the initial contact when inquiring about visiting the venue, Jackie and staff were very professional and welcoming. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue to tie the knot! They are basically all-inclusive and have vendors that they work closely and cooperatively with, this takes an ABUNDANCE of wedding planning stress away. Seriously, this place was a dream come true! They made sure everything was taken care of and everything was delivered and done in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and ability to listen effectively and remember everything that you say, was exceptional. The decor was BEAUTIFUL! Very elegant, intimate, and personal, as you are allowed to choose everything exactly how you’d like it to be. And, most importantly I must not forget, AFFORDABLE! They will cater to every budget and still make you feel like a celebrity! When I say that Jackie and staff went ABOVE and BEYOND, they did just that. For example, I wanted to toss a different bouquet from my own, but forgot to bring it. In 5 minutes, they had went and made me one specifically for tossing so I had NOTHING to worry about that night. I will have event after event at Aqua Reception Hall, and HIGHLY recommend them for any celebration in your life!

    Aqua Reception Ball Room is one of a kind. When I was first looking for a place for my reception I wanted a place that looked modern, had a built in kitchen, good tasted great and the staff to be professional. This is what my husband and I got at Aqua, and much more. Lina, our decorator was with us from the very beginning. Jacqueline, one of the representatives goes above and beyond making sure your needs are catered, answering all your 200 questions via phone and or email. We also had Camilla, our wedding day coordinator, who may I add www pregnant at the time, and did not let that stop her. She was on top of everything, making sure our wedding ran smoothly and on time. My decorations were spectacular, all the extra things I brought were placed exactly how I wanted. I truly don’t have enough words to express the immense gratitude to ALL of the team members of the Aqua Reception Hall from the security guard to even the waiters, everyone made our wedding day one that I will never forget. THANK YOU!!!

    I got married here last month and I can't say enough good things about this place!! Neither one of us live in Florida so this was a destination weddding for us where we needed some special accommodations and they were so helpful. Jackie went above and beyond!!! Even responding to urgent messages when she was out sick. No matter how many events she had going on she always made us and our concerns feel like a priority! The venue was amazing. If there is anything I would have done different it probably would be to use my own photographer instead of the one they provided as I didn't love how my pics came out. But other then that the food was good, the staff was excellent, and I was really able to have my dream wedding here! I totally recommend this place!!!

    My wife and I recently hosted our daughter’s 15’s at AQUA Reception Hall in the month of May. I am not one to write many reviews, however, I am taking the time to write on how beautiful this venue looked for our daughter’s quinces.
    We found the venue on this web site, therefore, i find appropriate to place the review on here.
    She wanted a Paris theme, and AQUA gave us more than what we expected. The staff starting with the sales associate(Samantha) to the general manager (Lina) and all the vendors, not only had the patience and professional courtesy to deal with us but made our daughters dreams a reality. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The venue went out their way to add some additional items which were not included. Thank you so very much. It’s the small details that make the difference. The music, lighting, decoration, photo booth, and staff were amazing. Our coordinator said we had nothing to worry about that evening, and that is exactly how it happened. My hat’s off to Lina and the rest the team at AQUA. All of our guest are still raving about our event.

    After looking into a few venues we decided that Aqua was our way to go. What we really liked about this venue was the courtesy and professionalism that they brought to the table. From getting our first appointment to our wedding, the Aqua team was able to make the whole process as smooth as possible. When we first met Samantha we were amazed by how knowledgeable she was of the industry and we liked how she was able to guide us in making our decisions the best ones. She was able to help us out in choosing what we needed for our venue, as well as what we would not be needing, based on our preferences. Claudia was very helpful in getting the flower arrangements we wanted. We were able to meet with her, and the way she was able to get our ideas and make it into beautiful flower arrangements was amazing, from the table decor, to the bouquet, we were in love with the whole design. Lina, who assisted us in getting our linen design and setup going, assisted us the night of the wedding. Lina was there throughout the whole night making sure everything was running smooth. Not only were Samantha, Claudia, and Lina the best of their business and what they do, but complete Aqua personnel were amazing. The waiters and waitresses of the night, as well as the security made sure we were accommodated in anything we needed, even when we had two last minute plate changes, and one last minute guest change, they were very understanding. As part of the entertainment packages they provided, we chose the photo booth, which all of our guests loved. The most exciting was the Hora Loca, provided by Black and Wine events, which were amazing. They had a man with stilts and a samba girl who brought a lot of party life to the venue. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed this part of the night and with the props we provided our guest were full of energy!!!

    My wife, Monica and I, recently held our wedding and reception this past Sunday April 17, 2016 at this elegant and beautiful venue. Words cannot describe the overall experience we had. AQUA, thank you for a memorable evening . The moment we walked in, we were greeted by their sales staff who treated us with professionalism and kindness. They listened to what we wanted for our wedding, reception and worked with our initial budget. As well all I know we start with a certain budget and then we start expanding from there :) Always keeping in mind, our vision, from the decor, to the tasting, to additional items we wanted which were not in our original package, to the to the final production, our wedding, was exactly what we dreamed off.
    Our compliments to the chef for the delicious food served that evening. The waiting staff was extra courteous and attentive to our needs throughout the evening. The DJ had all of our guest dancing and played all sorts of music which our guest and us requested throughout the night. The Photobooth was a hit. Thank you AQUA for that suggestion, all of our guest loved it.
    Our only small issue was the “hora loca” which came out 15 minutes late. But we still partied and had a great time.
    Overall, our experience was magnificent and the quality that the venue delivers is top notch. I definitely would recommend this venue.

    Very satisfied with the venue! Beautiful on the inside, once i saw it i knew that was it for my wedding venue. Lina was sooo sweet and all aqua staff so helpful, flexible, and patient. Loved the experience. Definetely reccommend. All the guests were very satisfied and impressed with the decor and ambiance of the reception hall. Food and appetizers were delicious! And the hora loca by black and wine was faboulous. Excellent experience.

    My wedding is next year... but the service Lina and Christina offer is AWESOME!! they are incredible, professional and sweet, and they try to help you in everything they can. The place is beautiful. Really happy with the decision to rent this place for this special day.

    After a long search, and seeing the wedding of my dreams fading away little by little. I came across this place because of my MOH. Once I walked in the venue is jaw dropping, very modern and everything I pictured I wanted in my wedding. Christina and her team and very helpful and sweet. They listened to what you want and really help you out so everything can come out nice. I can't wait for my wedding day!

    I had my wedding in Aqua on April 18 2015 , I remember the day that I found Aqua after a long search because if you live in Miami you must know that finding a good and affordable place is not easy at all , the venues and hotels are really expensive and they just offer basic decorations. Aqua offers you a variety of amazing choices for all tastes. If you want to modify any detail, they will create something amazing out of your thought.
    I remember that when I was on my way to meet the place for the first time I wasn't really sure because it was far away from my area, but after the place was showed to me I fell in love with I, on that day my now husband and I met LINA ESPITIA, she was super kind and willing to assist me in everything I needed, she and Christina created the wedding of my dreams.

    I lived by my own in Miami with no family able to support me with every detail of my wedding, but Lina helped me with every detail of my wedding.

    My guests, family and I were really happy about the wedding, they loved the hilarious decoration, they said that my wedding looked luxury and impeccable.

    Great experience working with Lina and her team!! Lina was reassuring throughout the planning process & her team was incredible the day of the party! DJ (Ray) was very helpful and the food was AWESOME! Florist & cake designer were both amazing! An overall positive experience!!

    To begin with, when I first entered Aqua I fell in love! I loved everything! The floors, the chandeliers, and the bar. Everything seemed perfect for my wedding. I loved how everything sparkled and I knew this is the place I needed to get married at and I was not disappointed! I was just so amazed on how beautiful my wedding looked! The payed attention to every detail. The centerpieces, the decorations, the food... I had so many compliments on my wedding day! Everyone loved the place. I would definitely have another special occasion at Aqua.

    Never did I imagine to have such a wonderful night like the night I got married. Specially because of the help of Lina Espitia and the Aqua Reception Hall staff, I had the wedding reception of my dreams. While I was trying to finish college in Gainesville, FL, my mother took charge of planning my wedding. My mother, a detailed-oriented and picky woman, felt an excellent customer service experience from Mrs. Lina, who is also very detail oriented and open to my mother's Venezuelan ideas and party traditions. Because I have some experience in the event planning field, I understand and am grateful all the hard work of the Aqua owners, and the respect, friendliness and professional work of Lina's staff. The day of the reception, which was on June 20, the staff was attentive and professional. DJ Mike has a lot to offer to the dance floor. He has an ability to be flexible and catches on quickly to the guests' music preferences. I may be biased when it comes to the master of ceremony, since I've only met one ever, but he was exceptional and made my first dance with my husband and my dad's dance special. The food was incredible and the photography services, which were recommended by Lina, were exceptional as well! Everything my mother and I imagined the wedding to be came to reality. I was impressed, the guests were impressed, and my mother was happy. To say the least, I would be very happy to work with the owners again. I would never agree with any negative comments towards these amicable and professional staff or the owners because I know Lina will go above and beyond to make your day special! If you are thinking about contacting this vendor, don't think about it twice and just do it. From one ex-bride to a future bride, I hope your wedding night is as special as mine was.

    My family recently had my cousins sweet 15 here, the staff was extremely helpful, patient and attentive to all of our needs and wishes. We had a great time at the party the food was tasty, and the decorations were beautiful! I would recommend this place!

    On May 31, 2014, we had the pleasure to celebrate our daughter's 15 birthday in Aqua Reception Hall. The place was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff super helpful and friendly. Besides, we could not ask for more in terms of the decorations. We chose an under the sea theme with seahorses, starfishes and pearls, and the place just looked stunning. All my family and friends were very pleased with the Reception Hall. Everybody was asking us how we found that beautiful place. The kids enjoy the party so much because there is a special feature in Aqua where the DJ is placed in a platform. I never saw something like that before in any other reception place.I highly recommend Aqua for any celebration because it is a place that hasn't compare with any other and you really enjoy your celebration!
    I won't forget my daughter's face when we entered the place, she had a smile that is going to be engraved forever in the bottom of my heart.

    I had my wedding there and the place is spectacular is very elegant and very friendly owners, the service was wonderful and delicious meal prepared by your own chef, I thank aqua reception for making my wedding a very special day, the totally recommend, the dissatisfied customer will tell you that May 24 should have done something wrong because everything is totally false saying the site, I was super good to me

    I had my sisters Bridal Shower here back in May, and everything was done perfectly. They did a wonderful job setting up the tables and made the head table look beautiful. Anything we asked them they did without hesitation.

    They were extremely helpful and super nice. The food was amazing. Everyone is still talking about the salmon!

    I would definitely recommend this place for the future.

    The venue was perfect for my husband’s Surprise 40th Vegas Themed Birthday Party! I was so nervous but Jackie was amazing. Everything was set up beautifully and the night went on without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

    We celebrated our daughter's 13th birthday at Aqua Reception. We gave Lina and her staff full control and they did an amazing job. They paid attention to every single detail and put together a fabulous party. They have our highest recommendation!

    hola quiciera tener una pagina entera para poder escribir que tan agradecida estoy con Aqua Reception Hall y Lina Espitia su duena, Mi evento no fue una boda, fueron los Sweet 16 de mi hija Mariana y puedo decir que no tengo palabras para expresar mi agradecimiento por tan hermoso, fabuloso, elegante, increible, maravilloso e inolvidable evento. cumplio y paso mis expectativas, su gusto, sus detalles, la forma como manejaron todo, sus disenadores, su florista, la que hizo el cake de mi hija fueron personas super amables y con un gusto excepcional, sin dejar atras su chef, su Dj y su maestro de ceremonia, sus meseros, todo su equipo de trabajo fueron excelentes. Fue una noche inolvidable, su salon increible a la altura de los mejores, la hora loca fue increible, el photo booth lo mejor y lo mas hermoso de todo esa forma tan profesional pero a la vez tan calida y personalizada que maneja la senora Lina Espitia, toda mi familia y amigos quedaron encantados con toda la fiesta, tuvieron cuidado hasta del mas minimo detalle.
    solo me queda decir que lo que pague por la fiesta de mi hija no se compara con lo que obtuve. Gracias Aqua Reception Hall, gracias Lina y a todo tu equipo por haber hecho de esa noche, una noche que ni mi hija, ni nosotros, ni mi familia y amigos olvidaremos nunca. Mil y mil gracias. Monica ,

    Lina and the entire Aqua team made my daughter's Quinceanera party a fantastic, fun filled event.
    From start to finish, cocktail hour to last dance, the Aqua staff were top notch in service and efficiency. The decor was stunning and the DJ's music was perfect. All guest were very happy and enjoyed the party to the fullest. I highly recommend Aqua for any event.

    Emely 15 th Birthday party celebration

    Thank you so much to all Aqua Staff. Words can not describe how pleased and grateful we are regarding our event this past Saturday 12/15/18. our guest and families were very pleased with decorations, services and friendly staff. Emely was super happy with her party.Thank you Lina and Angie for the awesome job!!

    Wedding was beautiful, beautifully decorated and beautifully executed , throughout the entire process there was quite a FEW different people I had to deal with not sure what the company was going thru (hiring & firing) however at the end of the process I was finally able to work with someone (coordinator) that stayed longer than 1-2 weeks and she was a great help! Jackie was prompt and has great service . Didn’t care too much for the photographer in which they include in their package , not very prompt or helpful. Overall everything was ok

    It was all worth it in the end!

    My wedding was a dream come true! It was like a movie!! Aqua was a great place, for the budget we had! Having all inclusive packages really makes planning less stressful. One of the hidden gems was the photographer Yamila (Yamila images) She was one of the sweetest people I came across during my stressful planning days. And the pictures she took we're just beautiful!! The entire family liked how patient she was and calm. She really captured the special moments. Then the cake vendor E& M sweets she was just as great! The cake was everything I wanted. Now the venue itself, its a diamond in the rough. Don't judge a book by it's cover when it comes to this place. The location isn't everything but when it came down to the day of my wedding everything was just how I imagined. Jackie really out did herself. I could not believe how smooth everything went.
    The only negative thing I have to say is that there are a few add on $$ charges for some things. Especially if you planned on adding extra guests. So i reccomend starting off with more guests then not. What matters most is that my wedding day was perfect!

    Run away!!!!

    could give them no stars I would. Run away! This place is very unprofessional. They were charging me a fee because my last wedding date was canceled due to a hurricane. And before they would talk to me about canceling that fee they made my sister change her reviews. We have been in shouting matches. The manager would talk about me to her staff in Spanish. I know she talked about me because she didn't know that my husband spoke Spanish. They promised me a refund. And now when I call about the refund I can hear them in the background laughing. My wedding day was canceled due to governor in Miami closing it down. Due to this that’s in their contract. I’m entitled to a refund. They would Intimidate me saying they have a team of lawyers and that I would not win in court, so it’s best we settle things together. And the list goes on and on. Go read there google reviews.

    When my husband and I decided to use Aqua for our reception venue on October 12,2014 we were very excited and knew we were making the right choice.The venue is very clean and looks amazing.The price we were given for our package was a great deal and included everything we needed to have a complete afforable reception.The original coordinator we met was very nice and more importantly had lots of knowledge on the packages offered. a few months after we gave a deposit We were introduced to a new coordinator (#2) . We were told that they changed all of the packages so we spent some time with aqua putting together a package to fulfill what we paid for.Three days before the wedding we received a call from Aqua @8pm regarding the final payment and was told it had to be made that night. because We live 3 hours away we told them that we will come first thing in the morning to make the payment ,that\'s when I was yelled at by the florist(coordinator) telling me \"IF YOU DO NOT COME IN TONIGHT AND PAY CASH YOUR FLOWERS WILL BE CANCELLED FOR BOTH YOUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION NOR WILL YOUR FOOD BE ORDERED\" I couldn\'t believe what i was hearing.The day of the reception we were yet again given a brand new Coordinator (#3)in which we never met nor were we informed of this change by Aqua; not once did the new coordinator introduce herself or coordinate our reception. thank god we hired a MC he was more of a acting Coordinator. Myself along with my guest was served undercooked rice and when i addressed the issue it was completly ignored. last but not least its been almost 5 months and we have yet to receive ANY pictures or videos of our big day that we paid for in full.we have constantly tried to call/email the photographer with no response.I would not recommend Aqua and unfortunately I may end up in court to receive my wedding pictures and video that is being held hostage.     I had my weeding take place here on may 24,2014. I was amazed at first because of unique place it was but at end it was a nightmare. The owner was rude to my guest , also got into an argument with my sister-in-law for plate of food a 3year old. The master of ceremony was unable to get the guest attention or organized. She charged me the say to extra plate of food when my mother and godmother did not have to eat. The food was cold and nasty that could not have a bite. She only put one bartender for 90 people so can imagine how long the line was to get a drink. The groom had wait for someone give their drink to her. She charges vendors fee of $150.00 per each vendor you take such as (video man, hora loca, musical group) . They ruined my special night because I was furious how things came out. They also charge the plate of food for kids the same as an adult it does't matter if they are 3 years old when most places cut the price in half because kids do not consume alcohol or anything like an adult. she gave such a bad experience to guest that most of guest are giving reviews about the place.

    I had 2 parties at AQUA. My Goddaughter's quinces and my niece's quinces, both parties 3 months apart. They both wanted their 15's party at AQUA. At the beginning everyone falls in love with this place since is very modern, chic, classy and elegant and is not the typical banquet halls in the area and also when they present the different packages they offer & everything that's included which you might think you can't go wrong with AQUA. Actually,,, I was very disappointed, regretful and uncomfortable while dealing with AQUA staff. Awful experience. I have so much to talk about this place that I don't know where to begin. Flowers were awful, wilting, not fresh and dying for both parties. They made promises that don't keep. . Let's not forget the DJ!! DJ Felix... he wasn't on the same page as the MC. He played the wrong part of the song for when the parents made the entrance and of course then it happened again when the quinceañera made the entrance. Also, mean white the MC was talking he didn't played any instrumental music. He played early the song for the quinceañera to dance with her dad,, he started the song in the meantime they were still doing the change of shoes. Another thing,, when all the guests were finding their seats there was one table with 9 seats instead of 10. This was very embarrassing & very uncomfortable to have 1 guest without a seat. Horrible, bitter, awful experience!!!

    It may be your first time having a unsatisfied client but the point it you did and your company didnt even have the courtsey to try to the resolve the issue because I as client i am not asking for a full refund. I am asking that to refund for the things that went wrong instead of fixing the issue. One of tj owners calls me to tells my family has no clase and that i to do what i have to do because her sister and her have no time. When you go to resturant and you do not like the food they refund you ,also when you go to a hotel and have bad service they also try to refund you and keep you happy as a costumer instead of trying to help they have been rude and very unhelpful. I the text were the sister saids she has no time she is very busy. And to all every one is difdernt not everyone can have the same opion.
