Fun, professional, and organized! She is a great wedding photographer!

Upon having to postpone our wedding date one time.. Annie was very accommodating in rescheduling to still be able to come photograph for our day. She was a great support and looked at the small things that as a stressed out bride.. you might not notice at the time, but would wish you would have later. I even had a mishap on getting from the prep location to the ceremony, and Annie was a life saver and drove me there no problems. She was full game for some of the sillier photo ideas I had and helped make them picture worthy.

I really hate writing this review. Annie is a really great photographer and a very nice person but her follow through is awful. She did my senior pictures (2008) & wedding photos (2013) without any problems. We purchased her one year package when I was pregnant and paid her in full at the first session thinking we wouldn't have any issues since she had done other work for us before without any issues (Oct 2019). I was so wrong. We didn't have any problems until my daughters 12 month session (Nov. 2020). She told me that she would send my daughters 9 month and 12 month disc together when they were done. A few months went by and I received the 12 month disc in the mail but no 9 month. I emailed her and FB messaged. She told me she thought it went out but she would check her office. 4 days later she emails me and says she will have it out that week. Over a month went by and I still never received it. So I reached out again this week. I called her business phone with no answer and VM was full. Emailed, FB messaged her on her personal page and business page with no response. Today I get the disc in the mail. It was postmarked for yesterday. I'm really glad to finally get all the disc's with all the photo's that we paid for but it took 11 months to get one disc from her! Not to mention she never responded to my last inquiries, the disc just showed up.
