Stephanie is great to work with and is all in to make our cake exactly what we want.

Best wedding cake ever. I had a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and orange-ginger buttercream filling. It was so delicious! My husband and I did tastings at two other bakeries as well, and one of them was a close second. I picked Angel Food because a friend had warned me that for tastings I should eat a whole piece of the cake rather than just 2-3 bites since many cakes tend to be too sugary and taste great for the first few bites but not so good for a whole piece of cake (which no one notices in a tasting). Angel Food's cake was moist, delicious, and just got more delicious after the first two bites.

At the wedding, the cake was beautiful and so, so delicious! We ordered more than we really needed, so plenty of leftover cake came home with me. I ate more of it than I'm willing to admit because, again, it was so good. Real buttercream frosting, good chocolate flavor. I have worked in bakeries before, so I know my buttercream. This stuff is the real deal. More importantly: a whole bunch of guests complimented the cake as well.
