Amy is amazing! She did our engagement photos and wedding. Both times were such a positive experience. Before our wedding she made sure to discuss everything we wanted so we didn't have to worry the day of. I had a very large wedding party at a small venue and she knew exactly how to line everyone up and the pictures turned out amazing. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Amy was beyond amazing during our wedding!! Even when I asked her to climb a rickety ladder to the roof of our venue to get an awesome sunset shot, she did not hesitate!!

We ended up getting married in a surprise snow storm (the weathermen said it was only going to rain but we ended up getting 6" of snow on completely untreated roads with no plows ready). Yet, Amy ended up not only getting to the venue on time, she got there before us!

She is so friendly and knows exactly how to capture both candid moments with little intrusion, as well as how to easily guide us (and my whole wedding party) into beautiful poses.

The photos came out beautifully! The snow added to the whole look, and she didn't even mind standing out in the freezing cold while I demanded picture after picture in the snow. I cannot express how wonderful she is to work with, how beautiful her pictures are, and how fun it was to have her around the whole wedding!!!

When we received the proofs from our engagement session with Amy two years ago, we knew right away that we didn't want anyone else to capture our special day. My husband and I were married this past July in York, ME, and Amy did an AMAZING job capturing every single detail. She arrived early to get pictures of the ceremony and reception sites before anyone else had seen them, and also to capture my bridesmaids and I getting ready. Even at 6 months pregnant during the time of our wedding, Amy selflessly stayed until the very end of our reception, per our request. She is super flexible, professional, and is up for just about anything when it comes to your needs and wants as a client. When we received our wedding images, we and everyone we knew were amazed by the moments Amy had captured. We are so thrilled that we have her images to look back on forever! After having worked with her, we will never use another photographer again.

Not so happy. I asked about 3 times if she was bringing a second shooter. A wedding is a big event and no one person can cover it. She said "Yes but all the final images will come from my camera". What?

Needless to say she came alone, and a lot of the wedding wasn't captured. There are no photos of the groom and his groomsmen getting ready... There are no photos of the guests at their tables. Honestly I have about 10 guest photos total. No photo of the flower toss. The photos of the ceremony are all shot from the ground up, like 100% of them.

I feel she could have been a lot more successful if she had a 2nd shooter. Which is an industry standard she seems to have some sort of issue with. Otherwise we got a few good pictures. Could have been a lot better. Should have done more research. She seems to be more of a portrait photographer, not really an event photographer. Disappointed and sad.
