A number of contemporary amenities make it possible for the wedding party to extend their stay and make the most of this relaxing destination.

Facilities and Capacity

If you and your partner are considering a traditional ceremony for your special day, consider the great room within the mansion. Featuring tall arched windows with a view of the grounds and pond it also has a large stage and seating for 100 guests. Afterwards, the 15,000-square-foot inn boasts plenty of space for an elegant reception. With a capacity for up to 200 seated guests, the mansion offers a cozy and modern setting for a sophisticated banquet. If you are planning a larger scale event to celebrate your newlywed status, tented receptions are also possible. Enjoy a seamless transition from intimate indoor celebrations to stunning outdoor scenery. In between the events of the day, your loved ones will be free to roam the breathtaking 70-acre estate. Enjoy a romantic evening overlooking serene ponds and stargazing with your beloved. On-site get-ready rooms are also available for the wedding party, allowing you to plan your milestone celebrations all in one convenient place. There are separate suites for each side of the party, helping to ensure that you experience that magical first-look moment.

Services Offered

Tented receptions at Amber Oaks also an option. The venue's staff can assist in supplying the tent, lighting, restroom facilities, a dance floor, yard games, and furniture such as gift and cake tables. Setup and cleanup services are also included, and couples and their guests have access to the patio and fire pit. Indoor reception rental includes the dining room, kitchen, bar, game rooms, and more. This professional team is happy to accommodate rehearsal dinners on-site. For catering, flowers, and entertainment, they offer a list of preferred local vendors.

Accommodation

The venue features seven bedrooms, allowing the newlyweds and their nearest and dearest to stay overnight. A range of contemporary facilities help to encourage a comfortable stay, including a gourmet kitchen, steam room and theater room. The theater room features smart technology allowing you to stream your favorite movies or TV shows from the apps you enjoy at home. The wedding party can enjoy a pampering experience in the steam room before holding a movie night in the theater area. Each guest room is fully equipped with smart technology televisions and for those that are not , DVD players are in place. Additional accommodations are available within 20 miles of the property.

Thrilled / Will Be Returning

We searched everywhere for a venue that could accommodate a New Years celebration of 30+ people. It’s been a longtime family tradition and Amber Oaks Farm made this years the absolute best on record! The property was magnificent and Heather (Property Manager) was professional and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Venue!

The Inn at Amber Oaks was the best decision we made for our wedding. From stepping foot on the property to leaving the next morning, the staff took care of all the needs of myself, my husband, our families, and our wedding party. We had a small ceremony for family in the chapel and a large reception in a tent in the yard, which was exactly what we wanted. The staff was great to work with, from the gentleman who shuttled guests from parking to the ceremony and reception, to Kat and Sandy taking care of all the little details. It was a great wedding, lately thanks to the facilities and services we received at Amber Oaks.

Beautiful reception location

We chose Amber Oaks for our wedding reception in 2004 primarily because of the beautiful location and ease with setting up. The place is stunning and doesn't need much decorating. It's gorgeous just the way it is. The owners were helpful and provided accessories to make the place perfect for us! We had plenty of room for all our family and guests. Would definitely recommend this venue for anyone who wants a secluded, private event.
