Amanda Rai Photography goes above and beyond. I searched and searched for a photographer that felt right. Someone who would make my camera-shy husband feel comfortable, someone who would make our photos feel natural, and someone who we wanted there on our big day. When I found Amanda and started chatting with her, I knew we had found our photographer.

Amanda was encouraging and responsive from day one. Upon signing the contract, she sent a gift to welcome us to Team Arai! My husband and I were a little late to the game on the engagement shoot but Amanda put all our concerns at ease and worked with us to find the perfect location and capture stunning photos on a day when the weather threatened to pour at any moment! We then had sneak peaks of our photos in less than 24 hours! AND all of our photos shortly thereafter. Honestly, she’s a miracle worker!
Those final weeks leading up to a wedding can be a little chaotic to say the least and I was so touched when Amanda sent a Starbucks giftcard as a thoughtful gift to allow my husband and I to take a moment to pause, breathe and connect over coffee. It was these little touches that put Amanda in a category of her own.

Then came wedding day and Amanda was communicative and timely, independently captured the details while I was running around getting ready, and her husband happened to be her second shooter for our wedding and he was wonderful as well! They continued to make my husband and I comfortable as we moved to each photo location/opportunity and our wedding party and family loved working with them as well. Truly, the dream team! Once again, we received sneak peaks and a beautiful blog post written by Amanda within a week of our wedding, followed by the full gallery in less than a month!

We are in love with our photos and are so so grateful for the time, effort and thought put into them by Amanda and her team. I am thrilled to be an ARaiBride and hope to work with Amanda again to capture future life milestones!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Amanda and her associate Caroline.
