Debbie and her staff were amazing! She guided me through the alterations process and ensured I had the right under garments so I looked gorgeous for my wedding. We also had her clean my dad's prayer shawl, which was 57 years old and had lots of stains and it came out amazing. I bought my dress at David's Bridal and paid for their cleaning and preservation service, but I'm going to have Debbie do the cleaning because I trust her.

I had such a great experience with Alterations Unlimited! Debbie has a unique personality and is SO honest about what can and cannot be done to a dress. I drove 45 minutes to my fittings and it was worth it. The difference between when I first put on my dress and after it was fitted was night and day - it looked stunning when Debbie and team were done with it.

Debbie was recommended by the bridal shop where my daughter purchased her wedding gown and we couldn't be more pleased with her work. From the moment we walked in for the first fitting to the day we walked out with a perfectly fitted and flattering gown, it was like working with an old friend. Her work was flawless, on time and very reasonably priced. It is no wonder she is in big demand.

Debbie did a great job altering my dress. I had two fittings prior to picking up my dress. She made sure it fit exactly how I wanted and that I was happy with the outcome. I got many compliments on my dress. Thanks Debbie for making my day amazing!

Debbie is great! Opinionated and direct but that is what we need for our wedding dresses to be awesome! She altered my gown to perfection and was so supportive with what was best for me - not what was easiest to do or the quickest. She helped with accessories and the total look! Extremely busy, but it's because she's great. Give her time!

Debbie and her crew did a great job on both of my dresses, especially considering that my weight changed like 4 times in the month before my wedding. They were even able to do a last-minute alteration a few days before the wedding when the dress didn't fit quite right. She and her daughter were both really nice and very straight-forward about what they were doing. I'll definitely use them again for alterations in the future!

I'm going to start with the good first... My wedding dress turned out beautiful. I really loved how it ended up looking. I had to recreate it to fit me since I bought the dress way too big. Debbie did help me create something unique but made sure it looked good on me and I defin could not have been any happier with how it turned out! Now onto the negative. I will admit Debbie knows what shes doing, but personally they overbook themselves and I think that takes away from her being at her best. The thing that REALLY pissed me off was when my bridesmaids put on their dresses and they had NOT been steamed.. they were SOOO wrinkly even more so than when I gave them to her.. they honestly looked bad! What makes me even more mad is the fact that I texted her and she couldn't even respond with an apology she just completely ignored me.

I can not believe how horrible my experience was!!!! NEVER measured and the work I paid them to do was never done. I was tripping over my dress the whole night because I was never "allowed" to try on when it was supposedly finished. The whole bottom of my dress is ruined. I don't even think dry cleaning will help!!!!! The one part of my wedding that was most important to me left me so disappointed!
