It's hard to overstate how happy we were with Allison and her second shooter Larissa's work on our wedding day. To some extent, of course, the photos speak for themselves, and I'd encourage you to visit her website to see more of what she can do. But what really meant so much to us was her calming presence and quiet confidence. In between shots, she reassured us that everything was totally under control and proceeding smoothly, which left us free to be present and truly experience our wedding. Our (gorgeous) photos are thus supplemented with actual, real memories—something some of our other married friends have told us is sadly rare. What a gift.

We loved working with Allison for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable taking photos. All the photos are so beautiful. We loved the documentary style of the photos, as well as the portraits and family photos. She is very professional and made sure we kept to a timeline. We felt very cared for and highly recommend her to any couple.

I was looking for a photographer who shot in a more "documentary"/photojournalistic style for our wedding. I was so happy that Allison was available, as we were on a time crunch! She was easy to get a hold of and communicate with for any questions and concerns I had leading up to the big day. We had an amazing engagement shot with her (which we never had time to do until a week before the wedding) which helped us get comfortable with her and to get used to what we need to do for the big day. It takes some time to warm up to the camera, so I highly recommend scheduling your engagement session with her as well.

On the day of our wedding, Allison and her partner showed up on time. She was assigned to my bridal suite and her partner was assigned to my now husband's suite. In short, our photos are amazing. They were able to capture all of the shots from my "must have" shot list (and this was not a short list). Most of my favorite photos of the day are the more candid shots, as when I go through them, I feel like I'm reliving them. She gets a ton of unique shots, but also more posed/traditional shots as well. Your wedding day goes by so quickly and I'm so grateful to have this documentary style set of photos to help me to remember and relive our beautiful day. Allison is an amazing and professional photographer, but is also a super fun human; I can't recommend her enough for your wedding or any special event.

Allison was such a joy to work with! We contacted her after we had to postpone our larger wedding due to COVID. She was available to discuss our wedding day almost right away on the phone and I knew she was the photographer for us! She is genuine, kind, and is a truly gifted photographer. On our wedding day, she arrived early and stayed later than expected to capture the most beautiful shots. She was only with us for a few hours, but the photos that resulted didn't make it seem like that! We cannot say enough amazing things about Allison! She came recommended to us by some professional photographer friends (and you know she’s good if the pros are recommending her), and when we saw her work online we were instantly captivated and eager to hire her! Hiring Allison for our wedding was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding!!! I am obsessed with our photos and cannot get over how beautiful each and every one is.
