Having Diamond DJ Events dj our wedding was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our big day! Alan is very professional, kind, detail oriented, and does a great job all around. It also helps that he is excellent in reading a crowd, we and our guests were dancing all night long!

Allan did an amazing job with djing for our wedding! He met with us ahead of time to go over every detail so we would be happy the day of the wedding. He is passionate about music, and you can tell when he's using his equipment. The sound quality was amazing, and has an incredible system of lights that change color. You will not be disappointed with his quality of work! :)

Diamond DJ's has performed for us on several occasions and we have never been disappointed. Alan is professional, personable and makes sure that everyone at your event has a great time. His knowledge of all music genres' is incredible and he is right there with you making sure that everything is perfect until the last song is played. I would highly recommend Diamond DJ for any type of event you are planning, you won't be disappointed!!!!!! They are truly Top Notch!

We were profoundly disappointed by the service provided by DJ Diamond (aka Allen) at our wedding. Despite numerous meetings where we meticulously discussed our curated playlist and the atmosphere we aimed to create, the actual performance fell far short of our expectations.

First and foremost, the DJ completely disregarded our requested playlist and instead played a selection of music that seemed entirely arbitrary and out of sync with the ambiance we desired. His catalog of music is outdated since he kept telling us he had to buy half the songs on our playlist, but by what he did play it’s clear he did not make an attempt to acquire the music choices as we wanted.

Then there were abrupt transitions from one song to the next leaving awkward silence in between that left our guests bewildered and disconnected from the celebration. There was zero effort made to blend the songs together and line them up to create the perfect experience.

Throughout the event, the DJ demonstrated a lack of competence in addressing the issues. Despite repeated requests from myself, the event planner, and other attendees to remedy the situation, the problems persisted unresolved. This left us with the impression that the DJ was either unwilling or incapable of delivering the service we had contracted and outright just did not care.

One of the most egregious instances was during dinner, where we had explicitly requested music in line with the classic elegance of artists like Frank Sinatra or Louis Armstrong. Instead, the DJ chose to play inappropriate tracks more suited to a nightclub atmosphere, completely disregarding our wishes and the tone of the event. However, this was not the first issue, as when he was suppose to play the procession and blend the music from when the wedding party was walking to when the bride was to make her entrance, hit just stopped playing for what seemed like eternity. It was then I knew my gut feeling in the weeks leading up to the event, I made a grave mistake in hiring him. Needless to say the guests unanimously agreed that Spotify could have been a better experience than what we paid for.

In the aftermath of our wedding, we have attempted to seek redress by requesting a partial refund for the unsatisfactory services rendered. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive any response from DJ Diamond, which only compounds our disappointment and frustration.

Overall, our experience with DJ Diamond was extremely disappointing, and we would strongly advise against entrusting them with any event of importance. Their failure to deliver on their promises and their lack of accountability in addressing our concerns have left a lasting negative impact on what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives.
