We found TheRightVibez on WeddingWire, and from the moment I saw the name, I had a good feeling—because that’s exactly what we wanted for our big day: the right vibes. After reviewing their website and reading their stellar reviews, we were impressed by everything they had to offer and quickly scheduled a meeting.

From our first conversation with Eric, we knew we were in great hands. He was incredibly organized and helped guide us through every detail, from music selection to choosing which traditions we wanted to incorporate. His experience and knowledge were immediately clear—he came prepared with helpful examples and ideas that made planning so much easier. The package options were flexible and generous, allowing us to get everything we wanted and more!

Shortly after booking with TheRightVibez, we were introduced to TRV Coordination—and let me just say, this team was the blessing we didn’t know we needed! After a long search filled with unresponsive vendors and outrageous quotes, I was relieved when our venue approved them to be our Day-of Coordination team. That moment changed everything.

Nechelle, Amina, and Paige are nothing short of wedding superheroes. Their coordination packages offered far more than we expected—they didn’t just show up the day-of; they supported us every step of the way. With regular check-ins, they kept me on track with planning deadlines and coordinated with all our vendors to ensure a seamless timeline.

Nechelle became my wedding advocate, bonus mom, and personal assistant all in one. Their presence brought calm, clarity, and genuine care to the day. My husband and I felt fully supported and catered to at every turn. The whole team brought the perfect balance of organization and pure joy to our celebration—and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed or stressed.

Thanks to TRV, we got to be fully present and soak in every magical moment of our wedding. We’re beyond grateful to have had them as part of our vendor dream team. Now we’re just wondering—when can we party again!?

My husband found The Right Vibez online and we are so happy we chose them to be the DJ/MC at our wedding! Eric was absolutely phenomenal in the months leading up to our wedding to make sure we had the details planned out and was so thorough in our meetings. He was helpful in providing recommendations for the flow of the evening and also willing to make the event exactly as we dreamed. Every question we had while planning was quickly answered. This company was very easy to work with and I really have no complaints. The music was very good and to my liking, they showed up early to test equipment and sounds. I was able to reschedule a few meetings they scheduled with me, and they could accommodate my random times of availability. Which was very helpful for my schedule.

Eric and Brian were great. They were very attentive with us and constantly asking questions about the type of music we liked, music we didn't want played and any special songs we wanted to hear. They came to our rehearsal to make sure we were all on the same page. The music was great and they are very friendly. They drove over an hour just to do our wedding without charging extra.

It was truly a great experience working with them from there professionalism to just making sure our vision came true. They are a great team and I look forward to working with them in the future. They know how to rock a party too!!!!
