Not only is she a great person, but she is incredibly talented. We had her play for a memorial service and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Excellent hire!

Alix is an extremely talented and versatile harpist who provided heavenly music for my ceremony.

Alix has been playing harp a long time, I am pretty sure she can play anything. At the last minute I requested that she accompany my cousin to sing Ave Maria, Alix went with the flow and played the song from scratch even though it was not in the key she already knew.

A long time before my ceremony Alix sent me a list of songs she liked, I went through and sent her a list of the ones I wanted to use and the order. After that I kind of spaced out on providing her with more detailed information, nonetheless Alix was able to read what was going on around her and play and stop the songs at the right time as the ceremony proceeded. Had I remembered to tell her in advance, I would have had her play the songs all the way through and drag the processional out, the songs were so lovely to listen to, very peaceful and uplifting. I entered to the Swan Lake Cadenza which sounded completely magical and amazing, that song was the perfect length for my entry into the ceremony.

Alix arrived at my venue several hours in advance to practice and set up, when I heard the harp music drifting up the stairs to the room where I was getting ready, I was so delighted. She produces an ethereal sound, I was sad that as the bride I could not just sit there and listen to her play. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a beautiful and special instrument to be played with great skill at their ceremony.
