During his time at Berklee College of Music, Aaron Wheeler studied with wonderful educators who helped his passion and appreciation for music grow. He graduated with a degree in Guitar Performance. During his time there, he played with numerous ensembles in diverse styles, from Metal and Rock to Jazz and Fusion. This experience and education allows Aaron to arrange, perform, and compose in almost any style.
Aaron performs with his band frequently and has been the guitarist with Emily Desmond since 2014, performing shows not only in Boston, but all over New England. He has performed with high-calibur wedding bands for over 5 years, and has the incredible ability to compose and produce radio quality music from home.
Aside from music Aaron enjoys video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and is a big fan of Lord of the Rings and Star Trek!
Emily Desmond has been performing at festivals, clubs, competitions, and fundraising events since the age of 13. She has opened for national acts such as Rob Thomas, Third Eye Blind, Andy Grammer, and Rachel Platten, and was featured by Mix 104.1 at the Hatchshell in Boston. She has extensive experience singing in many different styles and can adapt to clients' preferences quite easily.
Emily spent 4 years in Berklee College of Music‘s rigorous songwriting program where she not only honed her lyric crafting abilities, but also learned how to write music in almost any genre.
She has been nominated for Best Female Artist by the International Acoustic Music Awards and received the Honorable Mention Award for Best Folk Song from the USA Songwriting Competition. Together, she and her husband Aaron have performed all over New England, but they especially enjoy being involved in the most important day of many people's lives: their wedding.
Emily loves all things Disney and video games, and runs a YouTube channel dedicated to music history and music theory called Music Theories!
