I really loved working with Alexis, from Alexis party rentals for our wedding. She was so kind and helpful in helping us place our order! I had put off the process of putting in an order for our party rentals, so she was super fast at getting everything we needed at completing our order. It was a very convenient service. The delivery was able to arrive to our venue before we got there and simply be collected after we left - leading to a really stress free experience.

Great selection, easy to work with, quick response times for changing our rental numbers. We loved the farm tables and crossback chairs! The guys who delivered our rentals were efficient, quick, and got everything set up very quickly.

Alexis Party Rentals truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. My wife and I got married near Santa Cruz two months ago and we still think fondly of our experience with them. We had our first appointment with Margie at their warehouse and we had an absolute blast envisioning what our table setting would look like. She was super patient while we set up countless permutations of different tableware, it’s clear she has a blast helping others bring their wedding visions to life. She really went above and beyond when we mentioned we were interested in doing a champagne tower for our reception! She sent us a picture of a tower she’d set up after our appointment to give us an idea of what it might look like and then actually set it up herself at the venue on our big day!

Apart from our stellar first appointment, Alexis was unbelievably flexible and reliable when it came to us constantly sending emails with adjustments to our item counts or additions. They rolled with all of our requests, no questions asked. Incredibly professional and caring staff, and their selection of décor is tasteful and varied enough to satisfy anyone. Can’t recommend Alexis Party Rentals any more highly!!

We used Alexis Party Rentals for our wedding at Fern River Resort in August 2019. They were great to work with. We ordered all our chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, and plateware from them, and they were able and willing to help answer all my questions about quantities and style. The delivery and pick-up teams were friendly, efficient, punctual, and professional.

I had to rent all items for my wedding since our venue didn't provide anything. Alexis Party Rental was great. They were very responsive from the start. I changed my numbers - adding, subtracting, editing countless times leading up the the last day we could change numbers. They were accommodating every time.
There was an issue with delivery (on their side) - which went from bad to worse BUT once I called and told them what was going on etc, the owner jumped to fix the issues and heard me - it is never easy dealing with issues the days leading up to a wedding and there is always something that happens so her willingness to fix and correct was amazing and put me at ease. A company can be great at what they do but customer service when things go wrong really show the true colors and Alexis Party Rental did an AMAZING job. Thank you!

Alexis Party Rentals was very easy to work with. They allow you to change the items and the amounts 10 days before the wedding, and each time they sent us the updated invoice right away. They also have a show room which is super helpful to visualize the table setting. We went to the store twice until we got what we liked. Both times they helped us choosing the best items for our wedding.

We could not have been more happy in working with Alexis Party rentals. They were not only lovely, laid back people who cared about making your day special. They were EXTREMELY responsive and organized - what every bride dreams her vendors will be!!! Debbie and Giselle were just so downright awesome. They kept track of my nearly 20 changes leading put to the day of and even arranged for something I purchased to be held with them until my wedding. When we realized we couldn't fit some of the coolers we rented from them in our car, they graciously offered to drop them off at our hotel - no issue at all.
