Please do not use her. You are going to look at all the positive reviews and think that her work is good. I fell into the same trap. She has poor customer service. She treats her customers like crap. Once you pay her, the niceness dies. Most likely she wont have what you want in stock but she wont tell you until you have paid. There is a no refund policy so your stuck with her service. There is no legitimate contract which is a huge red flag that I did not pay attention to. She will not communicate with you throughout the whole process and if you try to get her to stick to her own deadline she will give you nothing but sass. Her text messages to me were horrendous. I cant believe a vendor would write the things that she did. Even when I asked for clarification on my order so said "theres nothing to clarify". She lies and says she makes each piece by hand, reality is she does nothing. Her team does the work and she does a horrible job of quality checking their work. We've gone back and forth on simple mistakes so many times. The best part of dealing with her was the day we cut contact forever. PRAISE THE LORD. I could never deal with her again and I really want to warn all the brides who are looking to make their wedding spectacular. You do not want someone creating more stress for you, especially not a vendor. i wouldn't want you to feel the way I have felt for the past couple months. Nothing was delivered on time. I needed to threaten her with court before actually getting my cards. Please go to a vendor that will treat you with the respect you deserve.
