Alexander's made my daughter's wedding perfect! The food was fabulous, flowers were absolutely gorgeous and decorations were breathtaking. Impeccable Customer Service and a team that knows what they're doing from beginning to end!

Alexander's The Great Events catered my daughter's wedding. They also provided flowers for the bridal party and decorated the walls of our church fellowship hall with curtains. They transformed the place to look like an enchanted wonderland. The food was amazing!!! We met Mike and Mason at a Bridal Show in Birmingham and fell in love with them. They were very attentive throughout the entire process of helping us decide what we needed. They visited our venue prior to the day of the wedding to make sure that they came prepared on the day of the event. It has been two weeks now since the wedding and my telephone and email box have been flooded with calls from friends and family commenting on how great the food was. The staff is professional, friendly and hard working. They helped to make our day very special. Thanks to everyone at Alexander's.

I would recommend Alexanders to anyone planning a wedding! The food was great, the presentation was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone raved!!!

Best Part of Our Wedding!
We had a fantastic experience with Alexander's. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and they treated us like we were the only wedding that they were working for. The food was the one thing that everyone who attended commented on first! They loved it, and my husband and I highly recommend them!

I definitely recommend Alexander's The Great Events to EVERYONE!!! Mike Alexander and his team provided impeccable service for my wedding and reception. They exceeded my expectations and I knew I was in great hands. They are very easy to work with and met all of my needs which is very important for any bride or event planner. They made me feel like I was a princess and went the extra mile to make sure my wedding day was perfect!!! They provided very nice, custom drapery, linens, tables, uplighting and exquisite food at a very competitive price. They were very honest and reliable. I had rave reviews from every guest and I will definitely use them again for any event I have in the future. They are simply amazing and provide anything you'll need for any event. Alexander's did both our bouquets and catering for the wedding and rehearsal. The flowers looked great, however they couldn't bring our bouquets at noon when we needed them the day of the wedding, so they gave us the choice of sending someone 30 minutes out of the way the morning of the wedding or bringing the flowers the night of the rehearsal dinner. We chose the latter. The flowers still looked good the day of (a few were wilting), but it would have been nice for them to bring them the day of like most companies would. Can't complain about the taste of the food either. However, getting in contact with them was IMPOSSIBLE. My mother-in-law and I both would contact them multiple times and they either wouldn't answer or tells us that they would get back to us and then never would. There is also a 30 day no change policy on the amount of guests you can add/take away for food. This is stated on your contract, but they will not remind you! I needed to give a final count (which had decreased) about 45 days from the wedding. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me. Well, they never did then 2 days after the 30 day mark was told that it couldn't be changed. So we ended up with a ton of leftovers. They also quoted us at our meeting $650 to string cafe lights over our ceremony space and then later told us it was going to cost $1,500. It was just a mess. In the end, the food was good and the flowers were pretty, but the in between communication was horrible.

paid for food for 300 guest, had 220 guest show up and ran out of food. lynn who was in charge ? said they didnt expect people to eat this much?? it was a 6:00 pm werdding obviously the under prepared enough food. mike the owner offered no apology or remorse that we ran out of food and placed blame back on the customer. definitely would not recommend his service.
