In 1836, the Atlas Milling Company provided grain, flour, and supplies to the newly formed Village of Clinton. At one point, it was the 2nd oldest business in all of Michigan and would continue to be a staple in our town for over 100 years.

The spirit of this historic mill, our love for our small town, and our passion for craft spirits is the inspiration behind Alevri Mill Distilling. We are a distillery that produces small batch spirits and craft cocktails right in the heart of downtown Clinton.

The Alevri Mill tasting room is situated conveniently along historic Michigan Avenue. Built by George H. Lancaster to sell Ford automobiles at the request of Henry Ford in 1912, the building has been beautifully renovated yet retains its 1900s charm. Inside, you will find a unique 30 foot long copper bar with a view of the still and distillation equipment. High ceilings expose the original wooden beams and large front windows allow in plenty of natural light.
