By far we could not have selected a better officiant for our sweet May wedding! Once we reached out to her about her availability we found her to be warm, caring, genuine, and enthusiastic about her profession. She was exceptionally flexible with arranging our meetings and assisting us with any questions we had. On the day of our wedding, she was wonderful as she helped organize and manage our processional. She also did a fantastic job with our ceremony and it truly reflected our identity as a couple as well as our love.

I cannot say enough good things about Rev. Dr. Dorothy Ghylin-Bennett. She is not only the sweetest person, but she makes each person and event she works with so special and memorable! With my husband being in the military, I had planned our entire wedding while he was on deployment. One of the most important things to us was completing marriage counseling, a feat other officiants seemed reluctant to aid us in while he was away. Rev. Dr. was VERY flexible in assisting us with it and it made us that much more excited to get married.

The rehearsal was a stressful time for me as a bride, but luckily, Rev. Dr. reassured me she would direct everyone in their roles. With the swiftest grace and sweet yet firm demeanor, everything went smoothly and quickly making my life that much more stress-free!

Regarding the ceremony, we met on a few occasions prior to the big day to talk about any personalizations we would like to make, which she incorporated seamlessly into our ceremony. Combining my mother's Indonesian heritage, my husband's and dad's military careers, honoring both of our mothers and those who could not be in attendance all were included and I could not have asked for a better execution of it all.

As an officiant, no one could compare to Ms. Dorothy. As a person, she is truly one of a kind. Her and Alex, her husband and business partner, make such a gracious couple whose attitudes are positively infectious. Every wedding, couple, family is special, and Rev. Dr. makes sure of it. My husband and I love and appreciate her to pieces and are so glad she continues to be in our lives. We hope to continue our relationship with her as we greet our first child later this year. :)

I cannot imagine having anyone else officiate our wedding. Dorothy did a fantastic job of incorporating our hopes/wishes for the ceremony, while giving wonderful suggestions based on her past experiences as an officiant.

Dorothy was absolutely incredible as the officiant for my daughter's wedding.
