They also managed to keep a design through line even as our wedding was delayed to 2022 and the venue changed significantly! They also did a great job on designing escort cards, table numbers, bar menus, and thank you cards for us. In addition to the beautiful designs, the whole team is helpful and communicative. We tried very hard to keep our wedding vendors as local as possible, as a reflection of our community and values here in Cambridge and Somerville, and we're so lucky that our neighborhood stationary store is so incredible. (It helped even more that Shelley was so comfortably candid as we tried to figure out different details of our wedding weekend — she was absolutely right about the timing of our goodbye bagels and coffee, and we're forever grateful!). Albertine Press is one of a kind. Shelley and Ellen made my vision come to life and they did it with such ease. They are not only extremely talented but most importantly they are passionate about what they do. I was very nervous at our first meeting with Shelley because I was unsure about what I wanted although I knew I wanted my wedding invitations to be something special and memorable. Shelley was so excited to start planning with us which put me right at ease. We planned everything together from start to finish and the end result turned out to be the most gorgeous wedding invitation I have ever seen. They took into account every aspect and detail I wanted to incorporate and allowed me to make many changed to the proof with no delay in response or complaint. They also created our wedding day programs to match the invitations. We received feedback from many of our guests about how gorgeous the invitations were. I truly cannot thank Shelley and Ellen enough for creating something so special and personal for our wedding day. Our invitations are something I will hold dear to me for the rest of our lives. They are already framed in our house!

Albertine Press (and Shelley - its owner) make beautiful letterpress creations that will reflect whatever you want to bring to your wedding invitation/save the dates.
We went to talk to Shelley and brought a few photos and some scattered thoughts. She immediately zeroed in on one of our images and one of our thoughts and put together a great save the date. The ideas we didn't use for the save the date were perfect for our invitation, and we loved our invites and our reply cards.
Shelley also made us a great map which was an additional insert in our invite. I saw a few of them crumpled in people's pockets at the reception, which must have meant they worked!
I highly recommend Shelley. She loves weddings and creating things and her work is beautiful. It was especially nice for us to patronize a local artist, who works in the same building as some of our friends.

The invitations, reply cards, programs, and escort cards for our daughter’s wedding had both a timeless feel, but also reflected this particular couple. They were very beautiful. Albertine was very responsive, worked with us on multiple iterations with quick turnaround and a helpful attitude. Highly recommend.

Shelley designed my wedding invitation, ceremony program, and dinner menu. She worked with me to alter an existing design and was incredibly accommodating to my preferences regarding color, style, etc. She was also very patient with my numerous questions and emails. Her designs turned out beautifully and the quality of the paper and printing was superb. I received so many compliments from my wedding guests. Albertine Press's products are worth every penny!

I always knew stationary was an important part of my wedding vision. I was thrilled to find out that my favorite local stationary shop also did weddings! We worked with Shelley to design custom stamp save-the-dates with our wedding venue on them. I cannot describe how much I love these cards! We then carried that color scheme throughout the rest of our invitation suite. Shelley was incredibly patient and listened to us during the design processes. She was also a saint and worked with my future mother-in-law who had specific ideas for an invitation for the welcome party. We had so many people complement our invitations saying that they were the nicest they ever received. Some of our friends still have them on their fridges because they are too pretty to be thrown away. Albertine press also helped us with our day of stationary - a welcome sign, escort cards, and other signage. Everything was very cohesive from start to finish. Worth the splurge for quality invitations, stationary, day-of-printing, etc.
