We used able to assist for our limo transportation the day of and also for a town car to and from the airport for the honeymoon. Tony was our driver the day of. He was early and the car was clean and beautiful. Tony helped me get in and out of the car and had water available. He had the directions and we arrived everywhere on time. My contact with the company was great - they are accessible by email and phone and respond very quickly. We completed our contract via email as well.
The ride to the airport was equally great. Jorge was our driver and he was so kind and professional. He arrived early as well and we had a smooth ride. He was on time picking us up from the airport and again was extremely professional on the way back. The price was better than any other company we looked at.

Save your time and money - this man is a BIG FAT RAT PIECE OF GARBAGE

Long story short....
- the AC was broken on a 100* day....
- the driver was found at the bar in the reception
- the driver was found in the Bridal Suit
- the driver was incredibly rude to my bridal party
- when contacted about the professional occurrences at the wedding, he admitted to all of the above and then told me, I was crazy when I asked that we mutually agree on a partial refund.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Spoke to Tony to schedule time for pickup for my wedding. I told him I needed the limo for 4 hours. The driver shows up on time, at 3:30pm, when he drops me off at the ceremony he tells me he is leaving. I told him we still need a ride to take pictures, he said sorry, I have another appointment. He said he was told he was only to be with us until 5:30pm. I didn't have time to argue so I went inside. When I came out, he was gone!! Very disappointing that on yiur wedding day you have noone to take you to the park for pictures! ! I called Tony after I got back from my honeymoon and he argues with me about my family not knowing what was going on when we booked him. He said he told me he was booked that day and only would be there for 2 hours. Why would I pay someone for 4 hours when he would only be there 2!!! Makes no sense to me how he had the nerve to argue. At the end of the conversation he says, well, what do you want me to do? I said, a refund would be nice since you didn't do what you said you would! He said, I will send you a check for $100. A month in a half later, still no check!! Horrible service! Never go to this place, you will get screwed!
