Let me start by saying Amelia and her husband are amazing photographers the photos were amazing. Everything else has been a headache. I do not like writing bad reviews but this is one of the most important days for my husband and I. We are from out of town and planned a trip into memphis for our engagement pictures. We arrived after paying to have our dogs watched travel ect. and they cancelled on the day of. The wedding went amazing and they were perfect our guest even loved them, but once the wedding was over we have had a horrible time getting etas on the pictures or any response for that matter. It has been almost 8 months and we are still waiting on items we paid for over a year ago. If it takes a while we would be totally fine but no one has even contacted us.
I am actaully torn by this frustration because we loved the photos so much i would have loved to use them for our baby shoot in the future.
