Wandering Creative is an Elopement + Micro Wedding photographer based in Memphis, Tennessee. Owner and lead photographer Laramie is also a musician and an avid traveler who spends time in Africa every year. She discovered her natural talent for capturing candid images and turning them into timeless memories in 2019. Laramie can document all the joyous moments and loving details of your most special celebration through her lens.
Services Offered
A Wandering Creative uses a photojournalistic style and creative eye to capture everything from the getting-ready moments to the grand exit of your big day. Laramie offers a variety of wedding photography packages to suit many styles and needs. You can expect to receive between 400 and 1,000 professionally edited images of your day within 10-12 weeks. Additional services include a second photographer, additional hours, multiple locations, and more.

Absolutely amazing
Besides the actual getting married part, working with Laramie and Dylan at A Wandering Creative was the highlight of our wedding day. My husband and I are not naturals when it comes to getting photos taken, but you'd never know it from the photos that Laramie took. If you're looking for a documentary style with gorgeous light, and if you want those sweet, secret moments captured with you and all your loved ones, you can't pick a better team. On top of Laramie's technical skill, she's also an absolute delight to work with. Great communicator, great advocate for me, and helped wrangle family and bridal party with grace. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Highly Recommend!
We hired Laramie last minute for a COVID micro wedding (so flexible on timeline/budget) and could not have lucked out more. She was so easy to work with and handled my COVID precautions with grace on the day of and did an excellent job making our wedding photos look normal. My husband and I are EXTREMELY awkward in front of the camera and that doesn’t show in our pictures at all. I cannot recommend her enough and if I could plaster my wedding photos on my house as wall paper I would.
