Tammy was wonderful to work with through the planning process. This was such an affordable option for us and the guests absolutely loved the cake drops! Thank you!

Tammie at Serendipity Cakery did a great job with our cupcakes! We had a 6 inch top cake for the cake-cutting ceremony, then 4 or 5 different flavored cupcakes for our guests. The flavors were all delicious, our guests loved them! Tammie provided, delivery, set up, and included the tiered stand. She made beautiful silver flowers for the top cake and made sure every detail I had asked for was done. I recommend this place not just for wedding cakes/cupcakes, as this bakery's specialty are cake drops, which I had at my bridal shower. There were a big hit!

This is a great idea for anyone who wants something unique for desert. We love cake, but wanted a desert our guests could bring home - so why not order 15 different flavors of delicious cake bites!?! The staff is so amazingly friendly and accommodating! I'm glad they're one of the first people we have booked!

want to start off by saying I wish I had done a little more reading before going with Tammie and her business. We found her at a bridal expo and thought the cake pops tasted great (which they did!). She told me she could do my fondant cake with buttercream and it would turn out the same for our wedding. We also had Tammie do our sons Cat in The Hat birthday cake and it was ruined. We picked it up and followed all given directions and within three hours of picking the cake up the frosting cracked and all fondant pieces fell off. Tammie proceeded to blame my Mother in Law's "reckless driving" as fault for the cake falling apart. Tammie offered to fix the cake the morning of the party, which still had cracks in it following the fix. I paid 80$ for this cake which was cracked. We gave her a second chance when doing our wedding cake....which we decided to go with a smaller two tier "fondant" (buttercream) cake (pictured below what it was supposed to look like followed by pictures of what it actually looked like). The cake was delivered and left in a disastrous state. The frosting was again CRACKED and the cake looked as if a toddler pieced together playdoh bits and put it on a tray. We were charged apparently 100 dollars for this cake (40$ of it for the dollar store garbage flowers which didn't even hardly match our picture or look nice). The gold "frosting" was cracked at the bottom (as pictured) and did not look professionally done at all!!! I called Tammie to tell her how displeased I was and she tried to blame the cake on the temperature of the wedding reception hall!!! It was not hot at all in the room and I'd know because I was wearing the biggest, heaviest dress in there and dancing all night in it! Tammie offered me a refund but only on the cake portion (which she said was around 100$). I had to call Tammie THREE separate times, one of those times which she pretended not to be herself when I called. She blamed migraines for the reason why she hadn't send me a refund check. Here we are two months later and I get a $60 refund issued to my credit card and a note in the mail. Might I add we also had to make accommodations to return the dollar store plastic bowls she used for our cake pops all the way back from where we live. Which she was very animate about getting back, although she clearly was not as pressed to return my money for ruining our wedding cake. This was a terrible experience and I will never return for business. Terrible business and customer service!!!!!!!
