I was very impressed with my bouquets but I was slightly disappointed in my reception arrangements. Ms. Lea is super sweet and easy to work with. If you are doing something small and on a budget, I would recommend this florist.

The flower colors for my bridal portraits were not right - I asked for eggplant purple and got fuschia. I decided to give the florist the benefit-of-the-doubt and continue on with letting her do the flowers for my wedding. I clarified many times before my wedding that I wanted eggplant purple and burnt orange for my flower colors. On my wedding day, my bouquet had yellow and red flowers, along with light purple hydrangeas (even though I was told that they come in a very dark purple), and purple calla lilies that were so dark that they looked black. My bridesmaids were to have three burnt orange calla lilies, and instead got three red callas. The centerpieces had sticks of bamboo in them, although I asked for wispy and sparkly décor in the center of the arrangements. My cake baker had to bring in her own flowers for the cake because she did not trust the florist to follow through with the correct flowers; my cake baker said that the flowers that the florist did bring for the cake were sparse and old. The florist also forgot to bring my handkerchief for the bouquet on the day of my wedding, and had to go back to her shop to get it. I would not recommend this vendor.
