Tracy at A-Aaron's travel was immensely informative and professional throughout our entire wedding planning process. We started planning our destination wedding March 2019 and from day 1 she was helpful and patient leading us and our families through the entire wedding process. Tracy knows all the resorts very well and gives a thorough description of the resort amenities, room descriptions and the best options for everyone. Not only is she knowledgeable on each resort, but she is also an expert on weddings and the details that go into planning a full destination wedding. She makes timely phone calls to any Sandals segment (wedding, finance, booking, etc) when necessary and knows how to get things done. Our original wedding was set for April 2020 with about 60 guests in attendance and Tracy was on top of all the bookings and answered all our guest’s questions. We gave Tracy a budget and she kept within our budget the entire time and even helped us save in some areas. However, our April 2020 plans were put on hold, due to the pandemic. At first, we postponed then had to cancel. Tracy was understanding and on top of refunds for us and all our guests. Later down the road we reached out to Tracy again to rebook our wedding for December 2020 and were able to pull off a private wedding ceremony at Sandals South Coast. None of this would have been possible without Tracy. Tracy made things happen and made sure that all aspects of our wedding at Sandals were fulfilled, she checked in while we were at the resort and was on top of things. We will use A-Aarons travel in the future and highly recommend them for destination weddings, honeymoons or just for a romantic getaway.

A-Aarons was great from the start. I gave budget and Tracy was very awesome. She gave us a few choices within our budget and set everything up. She was very responsive and i had no worries trying to plan a wedding and honeymoon. I emailed her a few days before our departure and she made things happen. I will definitely use this company for future trips.

Tracy, with A-Aarons Travel, was the best travel agent we could have asked for. From the very beginning, she was so helpful and so patient with us. We had many options when it came to choosing a place for our destination wedding and honeymoon. We told her what we were looking for in a resort and with her extensive knowledge she helped us narrow it down. Tracy was always available whether by phone or by email and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was important to us because we had to do all of our planning long distance. Had we not known any better, we would have thought we were her only clients based on the attention she paid to us and our event. We went through a lot with planning our wedding. From venue changes, to date changes, trying to get our families and friends to RSVP, working things out with the resort, and even selecting a honeymoon destination; she was there for all of it. So understanding and willing to help us with family/friends and changes, Tracy got so much done for us. If we did not have her to help us with this process, we probably would have given up on getting a group of people to attend our wedding. Planning a destination wedding without Tracy and A-Aarons Travel would have been next to impossible. Thank you so much for all of your help and everything you did for us.
