860 Events (203 Events to some) provides bespoke entertainment services for all kinds of events, small and large. From weddings to corporate, to private affairs, to community events and festivals, we're providing CT's sound, lights, photo booths, live-streaming, and more!

Our team of professionals cover a wide array of expertise; We boast over 50 years of collective experience in professional sound engineering, lighting design, music production and professional recording, live video, and streaming, hospitality, and logistics for your wedding.

Our primary expertise is in DJing and MCing, but we’ve built an expanded wheelhouse around all things audio, video and lighting for entertaining gatherings of up to 1000 people in size. We’ll only produce services that we’d personally purchase if we were the consumer. We’re limited only by your imagination! We’re passionate about our work, and the best part is that we consider this a calling; we don’t consider it ‘just a job’. All of our equipment is EnergyStar certified. Our power use is intelligently managed specifically to reduce energy waste from equipment idling. Our smartphone app is a convenient and paperless planning solution. We’re drastically reducing the carbon emissions from equipment transport each year, and by 2026, we pledge to completely eliminate them. These are important ways in which we work to reduce our environmental impact and invest in nature-focused solutions for your events.

We provide LED uplighting, feature lighting, and dance floor lighting (offered in select packages). All our lighting is wirelessly controlled and battery powered. And all of the lighting we control from our rig changes dynamically with your music, with custom light shows preprogrammed for each and every song that plays. Don’t just hear the music; See it and feel it.

Cover every guest’s every need.

We carefully consider the accessibility needs for every one of your guests. Every sound system we deploy provides FM transmission of the audio mix coming out of our speakers, and we provide receivers with either headphones or induction-loops for your DHH guests that have telecoil-equipped hearing aids.

This ensures that everyone can hear everything, at all times. And we provide these accommodations at no extra cost. Because inclusion should always be available, but should never come at a markup.

Special Delivery: Special FX.

Make your guests dive into the dance floor when our dry ice clouds billow across the surface. Hear their excited delight when the confetti canons pop after a penultimate toast. Capture their gaze when our cold-spark fountains tastefully highlight the pomp and circumstance of your farewell, after your wedding reception.

We always have backup audio equipment on standby, and backup power ready to kick in anytime, automagically. Music can keep playing in the event of a circuit breaker trip or a guest kicking the plug out of the wall socket, and emergency announcements can always be made on working mics in the event of serious outages, due to inclement weather or a neighborhood surge. We’re always working hard to minimize and eliminate technical difficulties.

All of the professional services we render come fully insured (aggregate coverage that exceeds industry-standards), and we extend our policy to cover your venue as well. No CGI mascots or catchy jingles here, just peace of mind.
