These empanadas are absolutely delicious! We had the 5411 food truck cater our wedding and wowed our family and friends. We had 5411 send their food truck to our venue for the cocktail hour, and it was AWESOME! We love their empanadas, and guests got to choose their favorite 2 flavors (of the 6 we had available). The truck is colorful, which makes for fun pictures, and their prices are very reasonable. They left all the leftover empanadas in to go containers, and everyone ate them (or took them home) at the end of the night. If you've never tried 5411 empanadas, you should! I would have had them cater our entire dinner, but our families thought we should have a more balanced / traditional meal ...
