3/12 Event Center is a banquet hall event venue in Fort Wayne, Indiana that hosts weddings and other special occasions. Facilities and Capacity

3/12 Event Center features three spaces on the property. These are the Event Center itself, the Bridal Suite, and the Honeymoon Suite. You may prepare and relax in the Bridal Suite on your important day. The Event Center serves as your wedding venue, a mixture of classic design and contemporary amenities. It features a full catering kitchen, a bar, and two ADA-compliant bathrooms for wheelchair accessibility. The Honeymoon Suite provides 950 square feet of space to enjoy the warm glow of your wedding and from which to explore Fort Wayne.

History

The history of this site began in 1862 with the opening of the Centlivre Brewery on what is now named Spy Run Avenue. The brewery was ruined by fire in 1889, rebuilt, but then closed for good in 1973. In May 2021, the 3/12 Event Center opened in a building on the site, renovating a beautiful historic house into a get-ready room and event space.
