We loved working with Tiffani and having our wedding at Gulf Place. We booked all our wedding party rooms on the grounds too and I cannot say enough good things about the ability to have all your venues in walking distance from everyone's room. The green is absolutely beautiful at night and having the tent, tables and chairs rental included is great for people on a budget. The arbor that GP provides is simple, but perfect for the setting. Tiffani was always responsive in emails and knew my wedding planner, so that made communication between them easy. We experienced an ownership change during our planning phase, which I got an email making me aware of, but Tiffani handled everything and I honestly never worried about anything as far as venue goes. She got the ball rolling on the info needed to get rooms booked, too. The beach was beautiful! Absolutely stunning! My biggest request was a private beach, which this was, but I guess there is no way to prevent some people who lack respect from intruding (i.e. the guy who walked his dog about 5 feet behind our arbor, the kid who threw a football where our guests were seated). Overall I am very pleased with the venue here and the customer service we received from Tiffani. She even made her way down on the day of to say hi, which was very special!

We had the best experience with 30-A Weddings at Gulf Place! Tiffani was incredibly helpful through the entire process and we were able to utilize her services as our wedding coordinator, which I would highly recommend as well. Our ceremony was on the beach and reception at the Greens at Gulf Place. Both locations were absolutely beautiful and far exceeded all expectations. This is one of the most affordable and flexible vendors we contacted in the area and after having our wedding here I can't imagine having a better turnout using any other vendor. Tiffani loves her job and that shows through in her work! Needless to say I would highly recommend 30A Weddings at Gulf Place to future brides :)

My daughter's wedding was held at Gulf Place, the ceremony was on the beach and the reception was held at the Greens of Gulf Place. Tiffani Salinas was our coordinator and was amazing to work with. She responded quickly each time we emailed or called with questions and was the ultimate professional. Both the ceremony and reception were beautiful. We got multiple comments from our guests stating what a gorgeous evening it was. For a beach wedding on 30-A it was affordable without being "cheap". The ulimate compliment came from my daughter, who like most brides had very specific expectations about her wedding. Her comment was, "The wedding at Gulf Place completely exceeded my expectations of my dream wedding!" We would highly recommend Tiffani and having a wedding at Gulf Place!

Our wedding at Gulf Place was truly everything that we ever dreamed of! It was absolutely beautiful and the reception was so much fun! Everyone, from the babies to the grandparents, had the best time! We had the most beautiful weather for our wedding day. I know that even if we hadn't, Tiffani, the wedding planner would have still made sure that it was the best day ever. She is the best part of Wedding's at Gulf Place! Although the beach and reception area with the lighted tent and stage are beautiful, it is so comforting that she was there to take care of all of the set up and coordinating for us. She never stopped working to make it the best day ever for us. She truly goes above and beyond. She even made sure to bring us and our wedding party food and drinks during the reception so that we didn't have to wait in line. She was so sweet and thoughtful through the whole wedding planning process and especially the wedding weekend. We are local to the area, so my mom went to every wedding leading up to ours. Tiffani made it a point to speak to her even during her busy day. You won't regret choosing this beautiful venue and thoughtful planner for your wedding. I am still shocked and thrilled with how beautiful and perfect everything turned out for our special day!

This venue was perfect for our small, intimate wedding! Also, Tiffani, the wedding coordinator for this venue, was such a delight to work with! She was such a big help in making sure everything ran very smoothly the day of, and was so easy to work with during all the planning. We could not have asked for anything more on our special day!!

I loved having my wedding here. It was the best value on 30A, but even had it not been I think I still would have picked this location. Gulf Place is beautiful, and because the beach is private, they were able to keep random onlookers from being super close to the wedding itself (so we don't have a bunch of extra people in our pictures). Because the beach on that end of 30A is so wide, the chairs were also faced directly toward the water, but on the other end of the beach chairs would have to be askew. This is minor, but it's just one more detail that made me appreciate Gulf Place. Also, Tiffani was extremely helpful. She was very responsive throughout the whole planning process.

Tiffani helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect! Without her help, it would not have been as great as it was! I would recommend her services to anyone.
