Choosing 24 West Events was the best decision for our wedding! Since ours was a destination wedding, it was reassuring to have Veni there as our planner. From routine calls in the months building up to our big day, to helping us stay on track with vendors and contracts, to being our florist, and so much more, Veni was the fairy godmother we needed.

Veni truly took the time to get to know us and help us wherever she could. I’m a very visual person with a wedding Pinterest board that was out of control, and she helped me hone in on our color and floral palate while meeting both my and my husband’s desires. She went above and beyond when she made a sample bouquet and sent me pictures and a video of it, so I could better understand how the colors and flowers complimented each other. My husband wanted a fun wedding favor, and Veni made it happen! We had Ben and Jerry’s surprise our guests! We never even knew something like this was an option for us, but it made the day even more special.

We got married on the Pier at Newport Beach. The week leading up to our wedding it had not rained at all. However, on our big day, it began raining at 9 am and it didn’t stop until around 3pm. We are convinced that without 24 West Events, we would have had to move our wedding indoors, even though the rain had passed before our ceremony time. We know that without Veni’s help to work with the venue and delay the final call for the ceremony location, we would have not had the magical pier wedding we had.

We celebrated our one year anniversary this year, and reflected on how practically perfect our big day was, and we owe that to 24 West Events. Whether you are having a small wedding or big, need a full planner or just a day of coordinator, and/or a florist, you will not go wrong with 24 West Events!

This team deserves more than just 5 stars of rating!!! I just want to thank Veni and her team for making our special day AMAZINGLY PERFECT! I don't know how they did it with just having less than 2 weeks of preparation. I was sooo stunned when I entered the venue. Everything was beyond what we have envisioned, we had a very simple venue, but they made it look and feel like a fairytale with all the cherry blossoms. Many guests say it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended. And may I just say, the first time I met Veni, I instantly loved her personality, the positive and enthusiastic vibe she has is just amazing! You'd definitely want to be her friend. She's such a sweetheart. I cannot thank Veni and her team enough for their wonderful work. Again, thank you, thank you for the expertise, professionalism, and patience.

24 West Events/Veni is very patient and wants the best for her clients. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of our ideas were implemented in some way for our wedding day. As a couple, we were indecisive about many important components but Veni took extra time to explain everything remained fair and honest throughout. She made sure we knew the time line in advance and tried her best to keep us on track and on budget (we were a handful lol). We truly enjoyed the experience and would do it all over again without hesistation!

Veni and her team were all amazing! She started our journey as only my florist and jumped right in the month before my wedding as my month of after I’d had a bad experience with our previous planner. She took my vision and gave if life!!! My wedding was everything I wanted it to be and more thanks to her!

First and foremost, Veni and her team went above and beyond to make our day amazing. We felt very taken care of and prepared in their very capable hands.

Veni did a tremendous job with coordinating what was an unorthodox wedding, considering the large space challenges, the joining of families who had just met (from South Africa, no less), and the attention to detail that me, as a meticulous person, was going to be paying attention to. We are both very grateful we chose Veni as our coordinator for our wedding and we're happy we got to spend our wedding day with the type of kind, attentive, and super fun person she is!

Not to be forgotten are the flowers and decorating. We thought everything related to the flowers and decorating was stunning including the layout of the pavilion (to utilize the space), the bouquets, the drapery on the railings, and the arch. The arch was beautiful and just what we wanted (and also within a tighter budget)!

Thank you again for everything Veni! We absolutely recommend working with Veni and the 24 West team. If we ever need coordination for anything else in the South Florida area, we know who we will be using!

Veni from 24westevents made sure that my wedding was everything and more. I was amazed when I walked in and cannot stop looking at my photos. A night I will never forget. She was with me the entire process and always gave me honest advice. She made mt feel comfortable and did everything in her power to make sure that I had everything the day of my wedding. Veni planned our wedding in St. Lawrence Barbados and she exceed all expectations. Professional, punctual, prepared and on point! The venue coordinators seemed to be very unhelpful and she made sure they did their job every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for more. Planning a destination wedding is a headache let me tell you and she made it a breeze.
