2000 Brooklyn is an expansive property with 6,000 square feet of indoor space and 6,000 square feet of covered and uncovered outdoor space. With 17-foot-high ceilings and indoor and outdoor bars, these premises have plenty of room for hosting wedding festivities. Only a 10-minute walk from MGM Grand Casino and over 30 bars and restaurants, this locale is exceptionally rich in options for celebrations before and after an occasion. Conveniences for visitors include 10 bathrooms that are fully-ADA compliant, 80 parking spaces, and additional un-metered street parking. A new ventilation system was installed in 2020 along with touchless features in the restrooms.

Intimate Outdoor Space
If you’re looking for a venue with an outdoor space that feels unique, flexible, and very “Detroit” (in the best way), Brooklyn Detroit really delivers. It gave us the laid-back, cool atmosphere we wanted while still feeling special and intentional for a wedding day. We’d choose it again in a heartbeat.
Best Venue in Michigan
This venue is super flexible
We had acrobats performing from the ceiling (yes, seriously), candy bars, and even glitter falling during our first dance. Other places made us feel like we were asking for too much, but Brooklyn was like, “Let’s make it happen.” It felt like they were just as excited about our vision as we were.
The space itself is gorgeous: cool, industrial, but still cozy. And the team was so easy to work with. They said yes to everything we wanted to try and helped make it even better.
If you’re looking for a venue that doesn’t make you feel boxed in and actually wants you to do something different, Brooklyn is it. Couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else.
The perfect venue for the best day of our lives
The team was amazing to work with. Everyone was super helpful and made the whole planning process feel way less stressful. They answered all our questions and were really easy to talk to. On the day of the wedding, Matt made sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to just enjoy the moment.
So many of our guests told us how cool the venue was and how “Detroit” it felt in the best way. It had that perfect mix of industrial and elegant. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Highly recommend!
