The 4th West room is a popular choice for wedding ceremonies, capable of accommodating 100 seated guests with extra standing room. This space offers a picturesque view over the rolling hills of the Utica valley, providing an idyllic natural backdrop.

The 4th East room is located directly across the hall from 4th West making it a convenient location for your cocktail reception. This warm and inviting space features the buildings original exposed brickwork, historic window openings, and hardwood ceilings, able to accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably.

The Fifth Floor is 171 Events is a unique space ideal for wedding receptions, featuring cafe lights strung throughout and breathtaking views across the city. This room showcases the buildings original - and one of the oldest operating - Otis Elevator engines in existence. The 5th floor can accommodate a seated dinner with dance floor space for 175 guests, or a cocktail reception for 250 guests.
