Wolf Oak Acres is a beautiful, countryside wedding venue with cottages located in Oneida, New York. The venue stretches across 206 acres on the banks of the Cowasselon Creek. The grounds of Wolf Oak Acres provide stunning photo opportunities, including a waterfall and the waterfront. Couples can choose from several spaces on site to tie the knot, and their guests will love exploring the area. Upstate New York has picturesque views in any season for beautiful weddings, and Wolf Oak Acres is proud to allow for all of them.
Facilities and Capacity
Every wedding held at Wolf Oak Acres can be customized to create the perfect experience for couples and their loved ones. The land itself features ponds, gorges, streams, gardens, and waterfalls for endless beautiful backdrops. Couples can choose between the 8,000-square-foot barn, the waterfront, gardens, a woodland grove, and a chapel to host their ceremony or reception. There are so many options, so every couple can find what is right for them, with the opportunity to host up to 400 wedding guests. The venue has wireless internet and is climate-controlled, and onsite parking and shuttles are provided. Wolf Oak Acres is also wheelchair accessible. If the newlyweds or guests choose to stay onsite there are six cottages available and a big lodge that can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Services Offered
Couples can host wedding ceremonies, receptions, and engagements, as well as bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners here. They welcome outside vendors of your choice to make sure your flowers, music, food, and everything else is just how you want it. They also offer in-house bar services, complete with professional bartenders who can serve house or premium wine, beer, and liquor at an open bar, including a signature drink if desired. I just played my harp for a wedding at Wolf Oak Acres. It was actually for a live wedding event but ended up included a real wedding. The venue is simple stunning and the owners seem terrific. Gorgeous grounds and so picturesque. Plus the event was coordinated in a beautiful manner.
