The Club at 12 Oaks is a modern farmhouse wedding venue located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Surrounded by a beautiful green golf course and clear Carolina skies, the Club sets the tone for any wedding or special occasion. From intimate outdoor garden ceremonies or grand luxurious country club affairs, our committed and hard-working staff will ensure no small detail is overlooked in order to make your vision a reality!
The Club offers an array of services to help you plan your special day with as little stress as possible. Catering Coordinators will work closely alongside each couple, guiding them through every aspect of planning the event. Our Coordinators strive to ensure every detail is attended to prior to and during to the event We want your wedding to be perfect and our Coordinators offer you peace of mind :)
We offer multiple ALL INCLUSIVE wedding packages to fit any budget! All wedding packages include a Tasting so that you can plan out your menu with confidence. Couples can choose from an array of delicious hors d’ oeuvres, and dinner options! 12 Oaks offers seperate beverage packages to choose from which can provide alcohol within your budget! We also allow outside caterers!
All packages include, but aren't limited to:
- Ceremony Set-Up and Chairs
- Full Use of Event space
- Bridal Suite & Groom’s Quarters
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages
- Hors d’oeuvres
- Plated, Buffet, or Stationed dinner options
- Menu Tasting
The Club provides a blank canvas for each couple to apply their own color, theme, and décor when preparing their event space. Additionally, each couple and their guests may make use of the venue’s range of facilities including Tennis courts, Fitness center, Pickleball courts, and a beautiful pool featuring two-story water slides and Olympic lap lanes. From outdoor venues overlooking the golf course to beautiful country chic indoor spaces, 12 Oaks offers the dream backdrop for wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, and more.
