Primrose Cottage is comprised of three spacious stories that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Due to the way the property is situated, you and your guests will enjoy a private and intimate feel. Regardless of the wedding season, you choose to exchange your vows in, you will be surrounded by beauty everywhere you turn. The garden is filled with seasonal plants and provides you with a natural and quaint hideaway. Even if you don't host your wedding outside in the actual gardens, you will still be able to enjoy them as your backdrop through the windows in the indoor site locations. For an elegant touch, you can host your ceremony in the Overlook Ballroom. This space is glass-encased and features floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a veranda. On the property, you will also have access to both the Bridal Suite and Groomsmen Room. These spaces are unique and specifically cater to each party.
