Garden Estate Wedding Venue in the Heart of Roswell!!!

My husband and I had our wedding day at Primrose Cottage April 6, 2024 and it simply was the best day ever. From the first tour all the way to the exit it was absolutely perfect! The best thing that you need to know about Divine Events is that they take care of every single detail. I actually originally booked another wedding venue but I am so happy that I switched because Primrose made every detail easy and stress free for me! 6 months out I started meeting with Shannon and she explained to me the space and went over the budget allocations and even made recommendations on food dishes! I then met with Emily Fleming who was so kind and such a joy to work with as she created my Barbie Disco Fairytale Garden Dreams and made them a reality! We had so much fun creating and guiding me through the process as there wasn’t that much inspiration because it had a unique vibe but absolutely nailed it from Pinterest to real life! The food is next level with Divine. My guests are still talking about it! From apps to late night dessert it was incredible! I attended the Showcase which is a tasting essentially and was influenced to add a drunken donut station I had seen (which is a chef’s station, glazed donut dipped in rum served with vanilla ice cream on top). It was so unique and one of the best things I have ever experienced!! Shondra, my day off planner was also so wonderful, kind and kept the day on track. I will be forever grateful to Primrose for making all my dreams come true and I highly recommend them or any venue at Divine for their wedding 1000000/10

The perfect venue

We cannot recommend Primrose enough after our October 2025 wedding went so perfectly. From the start, Lauren and Jessie made the planning process easy and enjoyable, and Solange was fantastic as our day of coordinator. The entire team helped create a wedding day that exceeded every expectation.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. The flowers and décor were absolutely beautiful and perfectly reflected the vision we shared. Our guests complimented everything, which we think is a true testament to their outstanding service. We were even able to spend the week leading up to the wedding fully present with our family, completely confident that everything was under control.

On the wedding day, we felt calm, joyful, and supported. It is clear that the team at Primrose Cottage truly cares about creating an amazing experience for their couples. We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and unforgettable celebration.

Leeds Wedding

I was married at Primrose Cottage in December of 2024. It was nothing short of magical from the designs to the food/alcohol to the service. The Primrose Cottage team worked hand and hand with me to make my dream come to life within my budget. I enjoyed how it was a one stop shop for food, drinks, design, and planning. For services not provided by Primrose, they offer a list of recommended vendors. I recommend getting married at Primrose Cottage to any bride!

Dream Wedding Venue!

Getting married at Primrose Cottage was truly a dream. Everything was perfect! My husband and I got married at Primrose Cottage on June 15, 2024. We knew from the first time we toured the venue that this was the only place we wanted to get married. It is truly so beautiful! Working with Alison, Shannon, Emily, and Lily was lovely! They all worked diligently to ensure our big day was perfect. Planning and communicating with them prior to our wedding was so easy and they went above and beyond with every detail. From the seamless timeline, to the beautiful florals and design, and the delicious food and drinks we couldn’t be happier. All of our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how stunning everything was. We will always remember our wedding day fondly. We recommend Primrose Cottage to anyone getting married in the Roswell area!

Enchanted Forest

Enchanted Fairy Forest was my daughter’s vision for her wedding…and Primrose Cottage nailed it! If you are looking for a professional, efficient, talented team in a gorgeous, timeless setting look no further. My daughter was a long distance bride and Shannon, Jennifer, Emily and Ines never missed a beat. The planning process was made easy because of their experience, quick responses, virtual meetings and hard work! Primrose includes all food, beverage, decor and florals. That really simplifies things. I had complete confidentce in the plan in part because Emily provided us from the first meeting with a complete proposal bringing all of our ideas to life in photos. Our guests raved to us about the VERY delicious food, the excellent staff, the gorgeous setting and how so many details were executed perfectly. I could keep going but most importantly Shannon, Jennifer, Emily and Ines took excellent care of us from Day 1 to exit. On the day of the wedding all we had to do was enjoy. You will not find a more beautiful setting for such a good value in this area. It pays to go with this venue and consider the outside vendors they recommend. Our photographer, planners, band and officiant had all worked there before which added to the smoothness of the celebration.

Our wedding at Primrose Cottage was absolutely spectacular. The people we worked with were professional and competent and they made sure that all details were taken care of. As the bride, they took a lot off my plate, which allowed me to enjoy the day and leave the schedule up to someone else.

Beautiful, stress-free wedding experience!

We had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at Primrose in August! Donna was amazing to work with when we had to defer our planning for a few months, and we were able to jump right in and have as easy a time planning as could be hoped for!
We had our ceremony at a church, then we loved having Primrose from 6-11pm for our cocktail hour and reception! We had rave reviews about the food, the option to add fun desserts (we went with the mason jars!), as well as multiple drink packages to choose from.
I didn’t visit the bar itself because our Wedding Director did such a great job keeping our glasses full, and my biggest wish is that I had the option to attend as a guest to enjoy it from that perspective as well!
Three months later, friends and family continue to say what a great time our wedding was, so we would absolutely recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for a gorgeous, low-stress wedding. The prices were comparable with other caterers, florists, and design items, so we loved being able to do everything in house!

Incredible Venue

Primrose Cottage was perfect for our wedding (Sept 2023)! It was a gorgeous night so we got married on the front lawn facing the street with the beautiful home in the background! After the ceremony our guests filed to the garden for cocktail hour before the reception in the ballroom! The food is by far the best food I've ever had at any event and the staff did a great job serving 170 plated dinners. The whole staff at Primrose is there to help make your life easier and they are on top of every single detail! From the planning process with Shannon, to the décor with Emily and the day of assistance with Jennifer, there wasn't one person who wasn't extremely helpful, kind and professional! They do all the hard work for you so you can enjoy the most special day of you lives! the venue itself is beautiful, well maintained and elegant! I cannot recommend Primrose more!

Stress free!!

I LOVE this venue. I did a tour with Danielle and she was such a pleasure, she was able to answer all my questions about the way I wanted my wedding to look, the catering service and photography. They make it so much easier than I imagined!! The lighting is my absolute favorite thing, it really had the ambiance l've been dreaming of forever.
Definitely recommend Primrose cottage!

5 Start Review of Primrose Cottage

From our first meeting to the send off of the newlyweds, our experience with Primrose Cottage was pure excellence! Shannon Hallman and her staff attended to every detail. The venue was beyond beautiful with lush green foliage for the outdoor ceremony continuing through the gorgeous rooms for the bridal party and guests to relax in. The porch, the outdoor terrace and the brick bar added so much variety for guests. The ballroom is just beautiful! Our guests are still raving about the food. The flowers were bountiful and dazzling. The best decision we made was picking Primrose!

My Type A personality could not possibly be more grateful to have found Primrose Cottage for our July 2023 wedding! Shannon was our planning coordinator and never made me feel like I was being too much. Emily took care of the design and really listened to what we wanted and continued to listen and help us when we changed our minds and made everything more beautiful than we could have hoped for. And then Kia and Mikaela would the rockstar day-of coordinators that you could only dream of! I already trusted Shannon and Emily completely, but when I met Kia a few days before the wedding she asked all sorts of questions to make sure she understood what we wanted and that put my Type A at ease and let me actually relax in the days leading up to the wedding. Not to mention, two of my current co-workers are former employees of the parent company and only have the best things to say about them (and you can always trust a former employee to be honest!).

When I found Primrose I really thought it was too good to be true - a venue that takes care of just about everything, but it really was all just that perfect and dreamy. Our family is STILL raving about how good the food was too!

I was hesitant to use vendors from their preferred vendor list (why I don't know, I just wasn't sure what qualifies someone as "preferred"), but after doing my own research I hired Pavel VK for photography and Renee Locher for Hair & Makeup who both happened to be preferred vendors and could not have chosen better. The team behind Primrose really does their research and is picky with who they call a preferred vendor, so you can definitely take their word for it.

The Beautiful Home that Exceeded Our Expectations!

After meeting with Donna Seiver, we chose Primrose Cottage for our wedding because it was southern, beautiful, historic and natural, all rolled into one! It was also a turnkey wedding solution, very important for two busy professionals. It far exceeded our expectations in all aspects!
Our planner, Shannon Hallman, was amazing! She totally “got us” from the initial conversation. She helped with plans for food, beverage, event “run of show” options and plans for some crazy guests we were bringing in wearing Star Wars costumes. She didn’t miss a beat, covering every detail and many we had not considered including reserved parking for my dad who is 85 and needed handicap access.
Emily Fleming with Mallory Yannuzzi at the Design Studio also did an amazing job with our flowers and decorations and tables, easily flexing to our changing vision and ideas throughout the process. They executed above and beyond our expectations to make everything beautiful! I almost cried when I saw they had decorated my dad’s rollator with flowers since he was at the end of the first row and would be using his own chair.
Leah Spain was our wedding director on the day. She was fully in charge of everything, asking about our goals and priorities ahead of time (example: “are pictures or attending cocktail hour more important”?) to make sure we didn’t lose out on anything important to us! She and the team made sure we never saw the bar or buffet (and stayed well fed and hydrated), giving us maximum time with our guests. She also helped me create a new style of bustle when my dress had problems before the first dance, and it was better than the bustle I was supposed to have! I now call that new style the “Spanish Bustle” after her. And it stayed up the rest of the wedding and looked amazing, even better than the original!
We did not meet a lot of the team on the day (we were a bit distracted with getting married), but our guests raved about the food (especially the parm wheel and marble slab ice cream bar) and everyone made comments about how great and professional the team were during the entire event! We could not be happier and we are now thinking about other events we might want to host as an excuse to go back! Thank you, Primrose Team, for making our special day so special!

Perfect venue for our perfect day!

We had our March 2023 wedding at Primrose Cottage and had an absolutely PERFECT day!! As a professional event planner, I had high expectations of the venue + staff and they still exceeded every. single. expectation. From beginning to end, each member of their team (sales, planner, designer, director, bartender, chef, staff - literally everyone) was kind, professional, responsive and took pride in their jobs. Our family had two major medical emergencies three weeks before the wedding which required last-minute, out-of-state travel and significantly disrupted our pre-wedding timeline, payments and meetings. Shannon and Alison were especially helpful and gracious in accommodating us throughout our unexpected trials. When our wedding day finally arrived, our entire vision had come to life beautifully. There are very few events or weddings I've planned or attended where something didn't go wrong so I had realistic expectations but there is literally nothing I would change. 2+ months later and our friends and family are STILL talking about the amazing food, gorgeous venue and perfect timeline (huge shoutout to Shelby who kept us on schedule and always made sure my husband and I had bourbon & champagne in our hand!). I cannot recommend Primrose (and specifically Shannon!) enough - perfect experience for our literally perfect wedding day!!!

Best wedding venue!!

Fabulous wedding venue!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose Cottage. The staff is amazing - starting with Donna who will work with you in the beginning to the design center as well as Shannon who will hold your hand through the entire process - they’re all so patient and so helpful! Having everything under one roof made planning easy. The food was wonderful and the entire evening was everything we hoped for and more!!

Everything from beginning to end was fabulous! Planning to execution was flawless! 😍

Thank you to Donna, Shannon, Emily, and Inese, and for impeccable communication and coordination and execution. We didn’t have direct contact with John and Sharon, but the grounds were beautiful and bar service was top notch. I can not speak highly enough of this Venue. There was no aspect of the event that did not exceed expectations.
We received so many positive comments, all I did was choose Primrose and they did the rest!
Best decision we could have made.
Also, I will be trying to replicate the Salmon/risotto because it was incredible!

Wedding Dream Come True!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! The whole venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We had our ceremony outside in the back on the terrace and the reception inside in the ballroom and it was the perfect space for us. Considering the space, décor, bar, food, cake, and flowers are all options they offer through the venue, it made the planning process for us so much easier. The food and cake were outstanding, the bartender was on top of the drinks, and the decorations and flowers were breathtaking! Donna helped us in the beginning stages, we then met with Shannon who was wonderful at helping us bring our wedding vision to life, and then Inese was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She made sure everything was in order and everything was the way we wanted things. We could not have asked for a better team. We are so grateful for all the staff who helped us along the way at Primrose. We want to thank you all for making our wedding vision and dreams come true. It was truly a night we will never forget.

Full Service

My husband and I both have demanding jobs and planning a wedding in six months seemed daunting. Primrose cottage was exactly what we needed. The team was easy to work with and kept us on schedule. We had the perfect amount of involvement for our busy schedules. We loved that the catering and decor were in house and with just a few meetings everything was decided. The day of experience did not disappoint. Our day of coordinator provided by Primrose ensured all went exactly as expected. Never did we have a moment of unease. Loved the staff, the venue, and the whole experience!

I love Primrose Cottage!

I love Primrose Cottage! My husband and I recently married at Primrose Cottage, and my wedding was as close to perfect as you can get! The venue was beautiful, and the food and the staff was all amazing! I received so many compliments from my friends and family on everything! A friend was so in awe of the venue and staff, she booked her wedding at Primrose Cottage shortly afterwards! I am so happy I chose this venue! The most beautiful venue!

We immediately fell in love with this venue. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Donna, everything was great. She spent a while going over everything with us and really made us feel special.

Using Primrose was honestly a lifesaver, having the majority of our Vendors in house, made the process of planning a wedding way easier!

The venue is so incredibly beautiful, the staff the day of received rave reviews from our guest and the food was fantastic. Our whole day was a fairytale and exactly as I had always wanted.

Best Venue in Roswell!

"If you want a magical and stress-free wedding day, get married at Primrose Cottage. From the very beginning, we knew PC was the right choice. The sales director, Donna, is the kindest woman you will ever meet. Jennifer, who helped us in the planning stages, was a godsend. She responded to emails with lightening speed. Her kindness and professionalism showed in every interaction. This was our first time planning an event, so having someone like her on our side was priceless. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly. She did everything from holding my lip gloss, to making sure I walked down the aisle at the right time, to making sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hands! When my bouquet had a flower in it that I didn't like when I saw it in person (I didn't like the color), she had it fixed right away. No questions asked. We know she did SO much more behind the scenes that we never saw but absolutely appreciate. Primrose staff is FULL of absolute rock stars like her. The staff members who set up the ceremony space are true professionals. We originally wanted to have the ceremony outside but there was rain in the forecast. My ceremony was at 6:30 pm and they let us wait until a few hours before then to make a decision. When we decided to do it inside, they made it BEAUTIFUL in record time. After the ceremony, they flipped the room for the reception very quickly as well. The bartenders were fantastic. So many of our guests complimented them. The FOOD was also phenomenal. Multiple guests said it was delicious and not like typical "wedding food" that you may expect. No, we didn't have a "traditional wedding food tasting", but you can trust that they will deliver a fantastic meal for you and your guests. As a busy couple, we loved that the venue is essentially all-inclusive. The only additional vendors we had to hire for the reception were our band and photographer. This made the planning process so simple. Of course, the venue itself is also stunning. There are countless spots for beautiful photos and when you have your wedding there, you get the entire house to yourselves! The groom's room is the coolest room we've ever seen and the bride's suite was large and adorable! The reception space is handicap accessible and our grandparents were able to park in the handicap spots on the side of the house all night. It's the small, but important things like that that made all the difference. We brag about PC any chance we get and any couple looking in the Atlanta area would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn't check it out! 10/10 recommend.”

Amazing Venue and Amazing Supporting Staff

We cannot thank Primrose Cottage and Magic Moments/Divine Events enough for such a spectacular event! We were so happy with how everything turned out! Even more, all of our guests were thrilled, which was the most important thing for us. From start to finish, the entire wedding planning process simple and easy. Everyone who I worked with was organized, professional, and flexible. They responded quickly, answered all of my questions, exhibited incredible patience and understanding, and went out of their way to be accommodating. Furthermore, they always followed through on what we discussed or agreed upon. There were no hidden surprises and no misunderstandings.

I was initially worried because our wedding was a multinational wedding, and I was not sure how flexible Primrose would be in accommodating our slightly untraditional requests. However, they truly went above and beyond for us. In regards to the planning process, we felt extremely supported and understood. When we were unsure of what to do during the planning process, they walked us through more traditional options, explained why they had developed, and allowed us to make our own decision. When we were determined to do something slightly different than their usual flow, they worked to make it happen. Their other services were equally fantastic. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The design team was spectacular in interpreting what we wanted and making it all a beautiful reality; the arrangements were exquisite, and the flowers were very fresh. The wedding director helped with bustling my tail and was always attentive to anything that I may need the day of my wedding. They also worked with our chosen Photographer, DJ, and cake vendors directly in order to make sure everything was smooth and organized. We truly could not be happier and more relaxed throughout the entire process with them.

We were able to remember every single moment of our wedding; it truly was magical. I did not feel at all stressed or unsupported. I did not have to worry about anything at all the entire week or even the day of the wedding. This was so invaluable! We were able to speak to each of our guests and have a wonderful time. Most of my friends and family have said that it was the best wedding that they had ever attended. We absolutely loved working with Primrose Cottage, Magical Moments, and Divine Events!!! It truly was Magical and Divine! We have already recommended them to many of our friends.

Look No Further!

Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married in April of 2021 and had our ceremony and reception at Primrose Cottage. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Primrose Cottage and their team! They are so professional, incredibly prompt, and do an amazing job! Everything from our first walk through to see the venue to the send off on our wedding night. The venue was gorgeous, their versatility and flexibility was incredible, the food (Southern soul buffet, cake, pretzels, ice cream bar) was to die for, the decorations and flowers were beautiful, and then how well and how smooth everything went on wedding day from the time we arrived to the time we left that night was just amazing. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony but it POURED rain all day and we had to move it inside and I wasn't upset one bit. I knew mid morning that day because of the rain we would have to be inside, but I knew Primrose would make that happen and make it just amazing as they would have made it outside. I could go on and on about how incredible they were and how easy and stress free they made the whole process...in only 5 months! Anything I asked for they delivered plus some. They made all of my lifelong wedding dreams come true. If I had to do it again they would be my pick, 100%, no questions asked!

Wedding Dream Team!

My husband and I had a Saturday morning wedding at Primrose Cottage in April 2021, and it was PERFECT! Primrose was the first venue I ever toured when we got engaged, but we ultimately ended up planning a destination wedding in North Carolina. Fast forward to 8-weeks before the wedding, where we were forced to cancel due to COVID restrictions. Primrose literally saved our special day! We were able to keep our original date, and the entire staff was incredible to work with every step of the way (especially in a time crunch). The fact that the venue, catering, beverage, floral, cake, etc. was able to be handled all through A Divine Event made life SO easy!

Donna was by far the most responsive Sales Director we met with out of the 20+ venues we toured. That alone made me love Primrose right away! Our Venue Coordinator, Jessica, was fantastic and had great advice/recommendations. I legitimately cried when I received our design proposal from Haley, the Design Studio Director -- she truly made my vision come to life with flowers and the ceremony + reception decor! And our day-of coordinator made the day so relaxed. She even sent pictures after we left of our personal items, for peace of mind that nothing was being left behind!

After working with several other wedding vendors before we booked Primrose, I can confidently say A Divine Event is the best! (Also, if you're on the fence about doing a daytime wedding, do it! Our pictures were gorgeous and our guests all raved about the menu + donuts. Saved us a LOT of money!)

Married at Primrose 10/3/2020

Dear future bride and grooms,
We got married on October 3, 2020 at Primrose Cottage. This was the only venue we looked at and we knew after taking a tour this was the place we had to get married at and we were not disappointed. From the very first step of planning the wedding, Donna with sales was wonderful, she is a great Ambassador for the company, she is very polite and was incredibly helpful and reassuring through all the stress of COVID. We loved that Primrose is a charming 1839 home with a beautiful, attached Ball room, we were very pleased that the facilities, patios and grounds were very well maintained and clean. Jessica was our wedding planner and wedding director and she was awesome to work with; she is very professional, patient, easy to work with and we were pleased that she always returned our emails promptly. Melissa was our designer at the design studio, I found it very easy to work with Melissa, she is very kind and creative and she did a fabulous job of helping us bring everything together and make my vision of our wedding come to life. Jessica and Melissa made us feel like we were the only wedding they were working on. Planning a wedding is very stressful, but throw in a pandemic, trying to teach virtually and living out of town and it takes it to a whole different level of CRAZY. Jessica and Melissa made the planning process go smoothly and stress free. Anna did an excellent job the day of the wedding to help things run smoothly. We felt zero stress at the reception because Anna was so calm and accommodating towards our needs. Every single detail about our day was strategically planned and executed. When we walked into the Ball room everything was absolutely beautiful, we were blown away, it was beyond what we envisioned. The patios were beautifully decorated, it felt magical. Everything was perfect from the table settings, flowers, cake (which was delicious) and all the detail they added to make our dream wedding perfect. The wedding went very smooth from the dancing, toast and serving the food, not one thing was overlooked. We had many of our guest comment on how much fun they had, how beautiful and impressed they were with the venue and how delicious the meal was; the chef was awesome. Jessica, Melissa, Anna (day of wedding coordinator) and the rest of Primrose Cottage staff helped make our wedding dreams come true, we were able to relax and feel like a guest at our wedding. Thank you, Jessica, Melissa, Anna and Donna, for giving us our fairytale wedding and a day we will never forget. Jessica a special thank you for the little extras you made happen for us, for talking to the chef so we could have our chicken and waffles (BIG hit with our northern family) and for the wonderful front patio bar that our guest was greeted with when they arrived. Despite COVID, we had our perfect day.

Absolutely amazing.

We got married at Primrose Cottage on 8/8/20, and had the most amazing day! Our guests are still raving about it-they loved the food, décor, and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The staff and Primrose worked tirelessly to give us everything we wanted, and as a healthcare worker during a pandemic, I cannot tell you how much relief that gave me. I never once had to worry that anything would go wrong with our wedding day, and that’s a great feeling. Thank you so much Primrose!!

Grand Garden Wedding!

My husband and I got married in July of 2020 at Primrose Cottage and it was truly the best day of our lives! Not only is Primrose Cottage a beautiful venue with so many indoor and outdoor options, the Magic Moments team have weddings down to a science. My husband works in events, so he is a tough critic! We loved the charming look of Primrose and we were able to have our garden wedding on the terrace. We met with Donna for our tour last summer, and fell in love with the venue. As we continued on with the planning process we worked with Jessica, and she is amazing! She made the planning so easy, and she was helpful to offer suggestions when asked. Jessica was also there to help us work through having to reschedule our wedding two weeks before our original wedding date, due to the shelter in place order. She was kind, gentle, and patient with me as we worked on planning for our new date, which was hard to do because I kept waiting for things to shutdown again or us having to scale back. She was reassuring and so helpful! Thanks to our day of wedding planner, onsite catering and floral, we were really able to just able to relax and enjoy the day. Everything ran smooth and seamless! Our guest have told us how much fun they had, how they loved the venue and food, and what a great time they had (even thought none of really knew what to expect with a social distancing wedding.) :)
We are so happy that we chose Primrose for our special day and would recommend the venue to anyone and everyone!

i want to do it again!!!

i got married at primrose cottage on 6/28/2020, and everything about this venue surpassed my wildest dreams. on a scale of 1-10, i’d give it a solid 15. it’s stressful enough planning a wedding, but throw in a pandemic and it takes it to a whole different level. jessica is unbelievable to work with. her communication, professionalism, and kindness is top notch. our wedding director, anna, was phenomenal. she made sure we enjoyed our wedding and that we got to feel like guests during it. the food was delicious. the decor was gorgeous. the staff was so discrete during our wedding, our guests didn’t even know they were there, but they made sure every detail went off without a hitch. i wish i could get married again at primrose cottage. i wouldn’t change a thing.R

Primrose made the wedding process extremely easy for both my fiance and I and my family. Paying a little bit more for their expertise was definitely worth it. From the staff to the food, the event went seamlessly and I wasn't stressed at all! The planners are some of the most patient and kind people and it's obvious that all they want for you is to have an event that you will remember for a lifetime. No hassle/ everything was handled!

Working with Primrose Cottage was easy and efficient. All questions were answered in a really timely fashion. I loved working with the staff because they seemed to both really understand and care about my vision. Because they are all inclusive, so many items were checked off of my list with just a few meetings. The day of went so smoothly! I didn’t have to worry for a single second. Plus I cannot rave about the food enough. I’ve said many times that I’m sad it’s not a restaurant I can visit again. Primrose Cottage thinks of every detail, even things you wouldn’t think of. I am so happy I decided to host my wedding here!

Beautiful Venue with a Professional, Top-Knotch Staff

The team at Primrose Cottage and Divine Event not only made our wedding day absolutely perfect, but also made the entire wedding planning experience stress-free and enjoyable. The professionalism, organization and care the Primrose and Divine Event teams exhibited from day one assured me in my decision to choose this beautiful venue for our special day. Having a very busy work schedule, I did not have a lot of time to organize every detail of the wedding by myself. The Primrose team took this stress away from me and executed every detail perfectly from the flowers, to the decor, to the catering. They used a combination of their professional experience with my vision for my wedding day to make it more perfect than I ever could have ever imagined. The day-of coordinator made sure everything on the day-of ran seamlessly and to schedule so I did not have anything to worry about. All of my guests have been raving about what an amazing night it was. This experience was everything I hoped it would be and I cannot recommend Primrose Cottage as a wedding venue to a future bride enough.

Most Beautiful Wedding at Primrose!!

We loved having our wedding at Primrose! The venue is so beautiful and has so much character to it. The whole team at Primrose was amazing to work with and got back to us so quickly with any questions we had leading up to the wedding. The food was so delicious and I highly recommend the biscuit bar and flank steak! The design team did a great job at capturing our vision and made the place look magical. The whole night went so smoothly thanks to our day of coordinator Venessa who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I can’t recommend enough having your wedding at Primrose!

My husband and I just got married in October at Primrose Cottage and the event couldn’t have gone any better. It was an beautiful night and the coordinator and staff ensured that everything ran smoothly. In the months before the event they were very accommodating and helped me create the vision for exactly what I wanted the night to look like. Their organization and obvious experience made the planning process less stressful, and made me confident in their abilities. I didn’t have to worry about any logistics that night because they handled it all. Instead my husband and I were able to completely relax and just enjoy the moment and our guests. I’m so glad we chose this venue for our wedding because they helped us plan and organize the best night of our lives.

Dream makers and Fairy Godmothers

From the day we toured Primrose until the moment we departed at the end of our wedding reception, the experience was absolutely top notch. They have incredibly professional sales, planning, and day of teams. For someone who hates event planning (me), they made it not only easy, but also enjoyable and fun! Our sales consultant Donna, planner Jessica, and wedding director Anna made everything so easy for us, and on the day of the wedding all we had to do was show up and have fun. Anna was like a fairy godmother on that day, and I can't tell you how grateful we are. She and all of the staff made it the best day ever. The decorations were everything that we dreamed of and even more. I'm still getting compliments on the venue, the food, and the bar. Primrose Cottage and Magic Moments should be a model for all wedding and event planners. Thanks for making our dreams come true.

Lovely Summer Wedding at Primrose!

We had our wedding in July at Primrose-with the ceremony on the back patio and the reception in the ballroom. Everything was set up the way we wanted and the afternoon and evening went exactly according to plan. The food was amazing - many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had (especially the poke bowls and the jerk chicken). Donna and Jessica helped us so very much that by the day of the wedding, they both felt like friends. Madison, the day of wedding coordinator, was excellent at 'herding cats' and getting things done on time. It was a lovely day. I felt like a princess and went home with my prince charming.

Seamless Wedding!

I am so glad that we chose Primrose Cottage for our wedding venue! It has beautiful gardens that are nicely kept, the vintage home is stunning with a breathtaking ballroom! Better than that, ALL of the staff were absolutely amazing! Donna, Jessica, and Madison were absolutely amazing and made my big day and every day leading up to it so easy and fun! I was terrified to try to plan a wedding on my own, but they were the perfect team to help me and take a huge weight off my shoulders!

A Dream Come True!

My husband and I got married here in May of 2019. The staff was extremely responsive, accommodating, and friendly. It truly was my dream wedding. I was a bride planning a wedding from out of state and having a venue that offered the flowers, catering, and cake all through one company made everything as easy as it could be. Our guests continue to rave about our food. The day of the wedding, our wedding planner was by my side when ever I needed her. She was assertive and organized, ensuring that the day ran smoothly and allowing us to truly enjoy our big day. When I first saw the cost of everything, I was a bit unsure, but the wedding was perfect and the cost was proven to be worth it with the level of service we received. Most Amazing Venue and Team

My (now) husband and I's wedding was June 22, 2019. We chose to have both the wedding and the reception at Primrose Cottage and it was one of the best decisions we made. Not only is this venue an absolute dream and so gorgeous, but the people that work there make it so easy and fun to plan the wedding. Our wedding planner's name was Jessica, and she was so incredibly organized and fun to plan with! Every meeting we would get so much done, but we never felt stressed or like it was too much. It sort of felt as though we were just hanging out with a friend. She definitely made sure our day went off without a hitch and that it was everything we had dreamed of. Our day of coordinator was Anna, and she was amazing as well. She was running around and making sure everyone was where they needed to be and at the right time and she made it to where we had to worry about nothing the day of. She also always made sure we had our drink of choice in our hand, which was a lifesaver because we were running around/dancing and trying to see everyone and just enjoy. We choose to do our florals, food, tables, and cake through Divine Events (within Primrose Cottage) and it made it so easy to have the one vendor to deal with and made the day of a breeze. They did SUCH a wonderful job. Everyone mentioned how amazing our food was and my bouquet was the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. We worked with Jenny at the Design Studio and she was so patient as we worked through our vision and what we wanted, and she made sure everything was perfect for us with the wedding. Our wedding was everything I ever could have dreamed of, and it was definitely in part to Primrose and their amazing staff! I would recommend this venue to EVERYONE (and actually have to random people we have met and found out they are engaged!)!

Primrose Cottage made our wedding day magical!

From start to finish the people that work at this venue were incredible. My husband and I toured the venue shortly after we got engaged and fell in love immediately. We still toured a few others but we found ourselves comparing them to Primrose Cottage. Donna gave us our tour and answered all of our questions. Donna continued to promptly answer my millions of questions even after we left. My goal for our wedding was to not have to do much and just show up, and that’s exactly what I got with Primrose Cottage. They did everything! There were only a few vendors that we had to book ourselves. After we booked our wedding, Jessica helped us through the detailed planning process and made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. It was so stress relieving to know that someone was making sure everything was being coordinated. Anna was our day of coordinator and she was the best! The whole bridal party was commenting on how great she was! The actual wedding day was everything we thought it would be, plus some. The grounds of the venue were beautiful, everything was decorated as discussed, the food was EXCELLENT, and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Our guests kept raving about the food and how delicious it was. My husband and I couldn’t have agreed more. We were so happy that our special day turned out to be more amazing than we had hoped. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Beyond Fairy Tale Wedding Venue

We cannot sing the Primrose's praises enough. I had no clue on how to plan a wedding and the Primrose had it all, we just had to pick everything out. It was a one stop shop which was perfect. They have their décor and caterer specialists in house who had the most beautiful options to choose from, and the food options were OUTSTANDING. They also had the best recommendations on photographers, limos, DJs, and local hotels to accommodate our guests. The venue itself is gorgeous. Its so unique and charming, we fell in love with it. We got married in May, and prior to our wedding week, we only saw the venue in the winter months and it was stunning then, but during the spring with the gardens in bloom it was like living in a fairytale. All our guests loved the venue and thought it was the perfect place to hold our reception. We had 100 guests and it was a perfect size and could have easily held much more. Our guests loved that they could go out in the garden and roam the house throughout the evening. Once the sun set, the garden lights made the outdoor space amazing. Our guests all commented on how beautiful the Primrose was and how they wish they'd gotten married "in a place like this". From when we booked the venue with Donna, she made us feel so special. Every time we went back to the venue and ran into her she always was there with her bright smile. Jessica was outstanding during the planning process. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, kept us informed on every detail, and extremely organized. Its evident she is extremely good at her job from the moment you meet her. Anna was our day of coordinator and was just fantastic. From making sure we were on schedule and ate our dinner, to refreshing our drinks all night, it was a weight off our shoulders to know we didn't have to think about the little stuff and could fully enjoy our reception. To Donna, Jessica, Anna, and the rest of the staff at the Primrose thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding reception a dream come true and beyond anything we could have ever imagined!!!

Above and Beyond our Expectations!

Primrose Cottage went truly above and beyond my expectations with our wedding. We wanted a venue that we could basically just show up on our wedding day without a worry and that is exactly what we got. The planning process was seamless and they gave great suggestions and guided us step by step through setting up our day. On our wedding day, we showed up and they directed us each step of the way. Primrose Cottage was perfect

I would definitely recommend Primrose Cottage to a friend. My wedding day could not have been more perfect and a lot of that is due to the fact that the entire staff at Primrose Cottage and A Divine Event was so helpful, responsive, and flexible. Any time I had a question, I would get a very quick response and even up to the day of my wedding, they were flexible with little changes I wanted to make and very quick to respond to last-minute questions that came to mind. The day-of coordinator that A Divine Event/Primrose Cottage set me up with (Katie) was so incredible during the rehearsal and during the whole event. It went so smoothly, and I feel like I was actually able to be a guest at my own wedding.

Love Love LOVE This Venue!

My now husband and I absolutely loved working with Primrose Cottage. We moved out of state halfway through our wedding planning process, and they made everything easier than I could have imagined. They were so flexible and accommodating of all our needs and schedules, and our day-of coordinator could not have been better. She even effortlessly handled some last minute schedule changes we made near the end of our reception. We could not have been any happier with how our day came together and we would DEFINITELY recommend them to any bride!

We couldnt have loved them more!

We loved everything about Primrose Cottage! The directors and coordinators were on top of it getting in touch with us, setting up meetings, finalizing details and making sure to include details that the bride specifically wants, asking for payments in a timely manner, managing the wedding on the actual day, setting up, just everything. Could not be more impressed with punctuality, professionalism, and making you feel like you can breathe the week of your wedding. The food was AMAZING, the service was awesome, the decoration committee rocks, and their connections make everything run smoothly. THANK YOU PRIMROSE! Our wedding was an absolute dream!

Best Day 10.13.18

Primrose Cottage was the perfect venue for my fall wedding! The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. The house is historic and beautiful. I loved that the cake, decor, food, drinks, and flowers were all booked through the venue, so I did not have to worry about coordinating/planning any of the specifics. It was as stress free as wedding planning can get! This was the only venue that my husband and I visited and we knew it was the perfect one for us! Thank you for making our day so special!

Dream Wedding

Primrose Cottage helped make my dream wedding come to life! The gals that work there, Jenny Carter, Katie Goldberg, Jessica Hyde and Alison Johnson are absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, patient, caring, personable, and kind. My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of this venue. The gardens are stunning and we loved the history behind this old, historic home. I definitely recommend Primrose Cottage to any prospective bride to be. You won't be disappointed with your experience :)

Brunch wedding perfection

We had a brunch wedding at Primrose Cottage in September and it truly was a dream come true. With the ceremony starting at 1130am I was a little nervous of how the flow of the day would go but our day-of-coordinator, Jasmine, did such a wonderful job keeping everything together. All of our planning meetings leading up to the big day were organized and efficient and I felt very confident going into the day that everything would be taken care of. I cannot wait to get my pictures back so I can relive the best day ever over again.

Perfect wedding venue

I absolutely loved everything about my experience at Primrose Cottage! From the tour and booking, to planning, to the execution of my wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with! My day-of coordinator Ida did a great job at keeping all of the vendors on the same timeline and allowed us and our guests to have a great time with no interruptions or anything unexpected. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking!

My daughter’s wedding and reception at Primrose Cottage was a huge success. From the planning all the way through to execution was superb. Our Planner, Jessica was so professional and organized. I felt we were always in lock step. Our Event Manager, Katy was absolutely outstanding. She handled all the issues that came her way with professionalism, control, and kindness. I say hands down you could not have served better food. I received tons of complements on the food. The florals and decorations were beautiful. Guests were raving about all the dishes! Our Sales Director, was excellent to work with as we were making our decision to choose Primrose. So pleased we selected Primrose as our vendor!

Words cannot even begin to describe working with a divine event at Primrose cottage! From our initial email to our first visit and the smell of fresh baked cookies, we were sold. Donna Seiver went above and beyond to get to know us before even showing us around the venue. We knew within that moment that this was the venue for us! The home is beautiful and he grounds are stunning! Jessica and Katie were amazing to work with and I wish we could replay our night over and over again and work with them! Food and decor was beyond my expectations and they really care about the bride and groom! I felt the love and I truly miss working with them! Emails and phone calls were returned immedetaily and with such professionalism. My husband and I live in Michigan and they made a destination wedding a breeze! We put all of our trust within them and we’re not disappointed!!!

We absolutely loved this venue from the minute we walker through the door. Every detail was organized and the staff was extremely professional and flexible to work with. My daughter's wedding could not have been any better. Primrose Cottage was beautiful, had wonderful food, and provided a large area for a band and dancing. It was the whole package.

Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at Primrose on Saturday evening, July 21st. The evening was perfect! From our initial meeting, we knew this would be a great experience. Donna, Alison, Jessica, Courtney and Karla were so professional and knowledgeable. What an awesome staff! We opted for the seated buffet and many of our family and friends commented on how delicious the food tasted. The flowers for the wedding party and table décor were just what we had envisioned. As MOB, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the evening, knowing the professional staff was taking care of every detail. Our daughter said it was her dream come true!

Ryan and I absolutely fell in love with Primrose Cottage from the minute we walked down the gravel driveway. From our first meeting with Donna to the many planning meetings in between - the staff could not have been more helpful or amazing to work with!! Jenny, Alison, Jessica, Katie and Brittany were incredible!! They were very professional and really got to know Ryan and I as a couple. After our meetings, they were able to truly make our vision a reality! Our guests couldn’t say enough about how wonderful the food and cake were and how beautiful the venue was! We went with the Magic Moment Design Studio for all the details. While we could have used some outside vendors (for flowers, cake, reception decor, etc.), it was a weight lifted off our shoulders know it was all taken care of and we were was able to enjoy every moment! Every detail taken care of!! It was definitely our dream wedding! Thank you, Primrose Cottage and the Magic Moments staff!! We couldn’t be happier!! Would recommend to any bride/groom looking for a unique reception space!

We loved Primrose Cottage for our daughter’s reception!! The bride grew up going to wedding receptions at Primrose and always saw herself having a reception there. From our first meeting with precious Donna to the many meetings in between- the staff was always amazing to work with!! Alison, Jennifer, Jessica,Jenny and Ida were the best!! They were very professional and they knew just how to make our vision a reality! We ended up having more on our guest list and they utilized every space like it was nothing! Our guests couldn’t say enough about how wonderful the food was and how beautiful the venue was! Cake was amazing too!! As the MOB - it was such a joy to know it was all taken care of and I was able to enjoy it! Every detail taken care of!! My daughter said it was her “dream wedding!” Thank you -Primrose!! I am so glad we chose Primrose Cottage and A Divine Event for our wedding. Planning is stressful enough, but having an experienced and knowledgeable staff behind you makes everything a breeze. I loved that we could choose to do our cake and flowers outside of the venue, but we ended up using them for our cake anyway, which turned out amazingly! Our day-of planner on-site was phenomenal. She took care of every little detail and mini crisis with poise and efficiency. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue, food, decor, and overall experience. I wish I could relive that day again and again! Thanks for everything!

We were SO highly impressed with Primrose Cottage! From the first appointment, the staff was professional, kind, prompt, and never pushy. The appointments with the design studio went flawless. They quickly understood exactly what I envisioned, and they created a day even more beautiful than my Pinterest page, ha! The venue alone is so gorgeous it really needs very little decoration. The day-of was perfect. Because there are so many people working behind the scenes, I was allowed to just simply enjoy the moments. Pollyanna told us exactly what to expect next, she made sure we were taken care of, and she was always right by our sides. Thank you Primrose for helping us make priceless memories.

After looking at several different venues in Historic Roswell, we made the very easy decision to go with Primrose Cottage. The venue is beautiful, and I loved the ease of them handling the catering and decorations (as well as the cake and flowers if you choose, which we did). All of the staff at Primrose Cottage/the design studio were warm, friendly, and helpful. They made the planning process easy and as stress-free as possible, and the day of went perfectly. Jessica was our event planner and Courtney was our wedding director. They’re both wonderful and professional, and they kept everything exactly on schedule. Courtney also helped my MOH bustle my dress, which was much appreciated! We worked with Karla at the design studio, and she was wonderful and patient with us. I don’t know anything about flowers and wasn’t sure what I wanted my bouquet to look like aside from a vague idea from Pinterest. She really made the process easy, and I loved the result. The bouquets and floral arrangements were gorgeous. For food, we went with the southern buffet, and it was delicious! Several guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had a wonderful experience with Primrose & would highly recommend it!

Primrose KNOWS how to do it well! The planning meetings were super helpful leading up to the big day. Everyone we worked with was professional, kind and very willing to do anything to make the day what our wedding couple wanted it to be. When you book with Primrose you are required to use A Divine Event catering/decor. That turned out to be easy and just as excellent! (see separate review)

The property is beautiful.

Our couple got married in the ballroom and they 'flipped' the room for the reception. That went very smoothly. We toyed with them getting married outside but decided weather and the potential road noise could be problematic. We had 154 guests. The wedding director did have staff remove 2 of our 16 tables to make more space for dancing after the food which went better than expected.
Initially we were against doing table assignments, but they recommended it and we were really glad we did! It was fun to put people we knew would enjoy getting to know each other together. And we feel it made our guests feel special- planned for- before their arrival.

One thing we noticed in particular was how very very attentive the wedding director was to the wedding couple and the MOB, FOB, MOG. Got us drinks, food, water, whatever we could want..even made a special super hot cup of coffee!! She was always near but never distracting. THAT was super service and much appreciated so we could visit with our guests.

Make sure to take advantage of all the great photo backdrops on this property!! A+++ If we had to do it all over again, we'd pick Primrose!! It's a little pricey but we feel it was worth it!!

I had my wedding reception at Primrose Cottage in February and it could not have been more dreamy. The staff made everything incredibly organized and efficient. They were even thoughtful enough to allow my husband and I to eat dinner before joining our reception and put a get-away box of food in our car. Throughout the entire planning process and especially on the wedding day I did not worry about a thing because I had full confidence they would come-through for us! I had a multitude of guests share that the venue was incredible. I highly recommend!

I got married at Primrose Cottage on February 25, 2018 and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I toured the venue, the months leading up to the wedding and the day of I received the best customer service and assistance and the entire staff including made the process of planning a wedding less stressful. The fact that they handle the catering, design and day of coordination is amazing! They answered all of my questions with promptness (even the dumb ones) and my mom and I worried about nothing the day of the wedding. The food was AMAZING and all my guests truly enjoyed themselves and found our wedding to be beautiful. The design ideas that I had were completely implemented to perfection. I would highly recommend this venue.

When we were looking at venues for our wedding, we went to a few others before we got to Primrose and the moment we walked in, we knew it was the one. Everything about that house is gorgeous and was exactly what I had envisioned for a Southern venue. I grew up in the area and live in Indiana now and Primrose Cottage/Divine Events was perfect and made everything so easy for us and living out town. We had a couple of appointments to get everything decided upon, but they could not have made it more simple and easy for us to get it all done when we made trips down.

The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Katie was the absolute best and was my right handed woman all day. Anytime I turned around, she was there. If we needed anything, she got it for us. This company knows what they are doing and they do it perfectly. It's a one stop shop type of place, but they can do anything, so it doesn't seem like every wedding is the same. If I had to do it all over again, there is not a thing I would change about this place, the food ( get the parm wheel with risotto!), the drinks, the staff, anything. It was all perfect! I love this place, and it makes for some stunning pictures!

Have your reception at Primrose if you want a completely stress-free wedding day! Our daughter's wedding reception was perfect--from the lovely home and ballroom, to the decor, flowers, amazing food, and cake. The wedding planners and staff are incredibly detailed and carried out my daughter's vision in grand fashion. I am the mother of the bride living two states away and my daughter works full-time, so we were glad such professionals were working behind the scenes to make sure the day was amazing. You may spend a little more than you would at other venues, but it is worth every penny! Thank you Donna, Jessica, Karla and Ida for an amazing evening. It's unusual to say "I wouldn't change a thing," but for us, it is true!

Primrose Cottage is truly a diamond among wedding venues. We searched dozens and visited 14 venues and Primrose Cottage stood out among all of them. I knew as soon as I saw the facility and stepped through the front door that THIS was the place for our wedding. When I brought my fiancé a few days later and toured the house she immediately felt the same way. The home has truly beautiful southern style and charm. Even more importantly the staff are the real super stars.

1) House – Primrose Cottage is truly a beautiful historic home with impeccably maintained grounds and gardens. The front of the home is perfect for large ceremonies. We chose the back patio and gardens for our wedding and could not have picked a more charming location. We were able to put lots of our own photos in the rooms off from the grand foyer adding a personal touch to the venue.

- Gardens – The gardens are truly beautiful!

2) Staff – The entire staff for Primrose Cottage, A Divine Event and Magic Moments were a pleasure to work with. No request was too small. From my first meeting with Donna at Primrose to wedding day food servers, set-up and clean-up staff I felt that all were incredibly gracious. They did a fantastic job helping us to plan the event and provide catering through A Divine Event. Our wedding day director did a super job keeping things organized during the rehearsal and keeping us on schedule for the wedding day.

3) Food – The menu was provided by A Divine Event who provides catering for Primrose Cottage. The meal was a hit with all in attendance at the reception. There were a wide variety of options for us to choose from and we had an opportunity to attend an open house to sample some of the meal options before making a final choice for our reception. The reception dinner was fantastic!

My wife and I thank the entire staff of Primrose Cottage for making our wedding a very special event that we will never forget!

This venue was incredible! From the moment we walked in the door, my fiancé and I knew it was the place for us. Donna, who just has the best personality, showed us around and completely sold us on the place - which I’m so thankful that she did. The house is beautiful and rustic, and the ballroom is breathtaking. Plus it was one of the only venues where we could fit all of our guests into one room.
The design team was amazing to work with as well. I brought pictures to Jenny of what I pictured, and I didn’t have to lift a finger after that. Her team took care of everything and it turned out exactly the way I always imagined. I was just in awe when I walked in on our wedding night and saw everything set up.
Finally, the coordinator that we had the night of, Laini, completely made our night perfect. She took care of every single detail and the timeline so that we could actually sit back and enjoy our night. Having her be there was truly priceless to be able to be in the moment and not have to stress about anything.
Overall I would highly, highly recommend this venue.

There are simply no words to describe how great our wedding at, Primrose was. The entire staff was absolutely amazing to work with! They really have the wedding world down to a tea, and it eliminates so much stress. Throughout the entire wedding process people would always make comments about me not being stressed and I 100% gave Primrose all the credit. I am fairly new to GA so when I got engaged I was a little scared because I had no idea who would be the best vendors to use, or where to get a cake, or flowers. Little did I know, Primrose would take care of 90% of all that for me. Every vendor I used came from their list of preferred vendors, and I loved every single one of them. I still get compliments from people about my wedding being the "most beautiful, perfect, elegant wedding they have ever been to!" Without the Primrose team I don't know what I would do. Our wedding coordinator made sure we had every detail thought of. The design studio was absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable about cake sizes, flowers, decorations, etc. The wedding director was perfect and kept everything running perfectly smooth the day of the wedding. If I had to re-do my wedding, I would choose Primrose every single time!!!!!

My daughter knew upon first visit that Primrose Cottage was the perfect location for her wedding. The groom and other family were completely on board. It has the elegance we were looking for without being stuffy. The gardens are so beautiful that no extra flowers or greenery are required. As the mother of the bride, I had a lot of contact with the professionals at Primrose and Divine Event. Everyone was so easy to work with and not pushy about adding things to drive up the cost. In fact, when I exceeded my budget, they worked with us to make cuts without sacrificing the experience. The flowers, food and the cake were amazing! And Primrose provided a list of vendors they have worked with so we knew they would work well together. Our wedding coordinator, Katie, who operated like a calm and graceful air traffic controller, made on the spot decisions about the reception schedule as our guests were having so much fun they wouldn't leave the dance floor! And she made adjustments as the photos took longer than expected. We never knew the difference. She's a champ! With all the overwhelming decisions to be made, Primrose made our planning so easy and our wedding a glorious, memorable event for all. All we had to do was enjoy the day.

Magic Moments and its team were phenomenal! My husband and I had our wedding there this October and it was perfect! All of our guests were treated so well and we were taken care of through the entire process!

My wedding was truly magical thanks to the staff at Primrose. The beauty of this place is awe inspiring and made all of my dreams come true! If you are looking for a venue that exudes grace and beauty then this is it as the grounds are exquisite and the food delicious. Thanks so much!!!!

Our daughter was married at Primrose Cottage this past Sunday. Her ceremony was held on the front lawn and was just beautiful! The twig arch with white hydrangea, cotton bolls, and greenery was just beautiful! All the flowers and decor were just spectacular! The reception was wonderful as well! We had about 80 family and friends attending from out of town, and they were in awe of the venue. The weather was outstanding, and our guests utilized all the spaces both inside and out. We had the Southern Affair buffet and received so many compliments on the delicious food. Being a busy teacher at the start of the school year, I was so pleased at how every question was answered by the staff and how all the planning came together so well. They handled every detail! We are thrilled with our decision to hold this special event at Primrose Cottage.

Primrose Cottage was great, in every aspect! Working with the staff was easy and they were all were very professional and nice. The fact that Primose Cottage essentially took all of our ideas and then made them a reality! Not having to worry about contacting vendors and waiting on responses and being able to talk to one person from Primrose Cottage made the process so much more easy! We truly enjoyed our experience with Primrose Cottage and would definitely recommend them to anybody ready to get married!!

My experience with Primrose Cottage was superior from beginning to end! We looked at more than a handful of venues, but no other place we saw compared to Primrose Cottage and the feeling I had when I first saw it. The staff was very welcoming, and the grounds and house are beautiful- our wedding pictures turned out incredible! I just feel in love with it and it is such a charming place to get married. It was also enticing that you get the whole house for your event and that this venue is all inclusive- we were appreciative not to have to seek out other vendors for the flowers, décor, table settings, food and drinks. The planning process was so easy and everyone we crossed paths with was very professional and accommodating. We had our ceremony on the gorgeous front lawn and it was comforting to know that if it rained, we had the option to move it inside. They executed my wedding day and all of the details perfectly. The food was delicious. Our guests had a lovely time and gave us so many compliments on how wonderful everything was at the venue, including the staff. Special thanks to Amber H. for her help with our décor, Carrie M. and Jennifer N. for their expertise in the planning process and Katie G. and Jennifer N. for making our wedding day absolutely amazing and perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful venue!

The guests reported that ours was the most well excuted wedding they had ever attended. It rained on our wedding day and the staff was able to adapt quickly. We had the ceremony and reception in the same space, the staff flipped the room during the cocktail hour and it was flawless. The design team partnered with us to ensure the best value for our floral and decor budget. We had some special requests that couldn't be met, but the planner came up with great compromises that went over really well with the guests and added the special touches which made the celebration feel more specific to us. Special kudos to Jenny at the Design Studio, Carrie Mahan and Jennifer Newberry. Thank you!

We got married at Primrose on 3.17.17. The venue was gorgeous and we have heard only positive things from guests. The staff was friendly, prompt, and responsive. Highly recommended by this bride!! Perfect place for a fairytale wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at Primrose Cottage on June 25th, 2016, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Our wedding planner, Katie Goldberg & our Design Specialist, Mary Fifield, took all of our desires and ideas and made them a reality for our wedding day. Everything was exactly how we wanted it, and the entire team, beginning with Ms. Donna Seiver, was welcoming, compassionate, understanding, and made the entire experience of planning a wedding and getting married a wonderful and absolutely graceful experience. I would absolutely recommend them! The decor is gorgeous, the food is delicious, & the people are so sweet. Second to deciding to marry one another, Primrose was the best decision we made.

Everything about Primrose is perfect. From the setting to the people who work there, it's all absolutely a dream. They paid attention to the smallest details and the whole reception ran like clock work. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Primrose. It truly is the best.

We could not have been happier with our experience at Primrose Cottage! Every detail of our day was beautifully coordinated and organized well in advance. I cannot say enough about our planner, Katie - from the time we met her she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient and super helpful when we weren't sure of certain details. She made the whole planning experience so much fun. Our day-of coordinator, Lindsey, helped us and our families through every step of the rehearsal to prepare for the ceremony. Both of our families loved working with her - many people even said it felt like she was part of the family!

The venue is obviously gorgeous, so our guests were super impressed and our photos turned out gorgeous. It even rained between the ceremony and the reception, so the garden looked stunning after the rain stopped and everything looked kind of dewy. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and if I had to do it all over, I would definitely choose Primrose again!

Overall, we had the best day of our lives at Primrose Cottage and so much can be attributed to the beautiful venue and their amazing staff - not to mention the food was also amazing!!

My husband and I cannot express how thankful we are for Primrose Cottage. It was the most perfect venue for our wedding! From start to finish, every step of the wedding process with Primrose Cottage was ideal. Katie, Alison and Jennifer were such a blessing and worked so hard to make our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. The best part about Primrose Cottage is the fact that they basically have everything you need in house. We only had to go outside the venue for music, photography, dress and officiant. Everything Primrose Cottage and the design team do is absolutely stunning. With Primrose Cottage, our wedding was everything we wanted it to be!

We just had our wedding at Primrose Cottage back in May and loved it! Every single interaction we had with the team was extremely professional and enjoyable. The venue was beautiful, and our wedding planner and coordinator were great. We were looking for a place that had a good alternative for the ceremony in case it rained. The ballroom is beautiful for a ceremony, but luckily it was nice outside, so we got married in the front yard! We also wanted an all inclusive package, and through A Divine Event and Magic Moments, we were able to have food, drink, flowers, and decor done in one place. It was so nice! We loved how the venue had so much character and so many beautiful areas to enjoy. We wouldn't change a thing!

"Mother of the Bride" I can not say enough about Primrose Cottage! My daughter and now son in law were married in the ballroom on May 7th 2016. The ballroom was beautiful. They hit every detail!! We worked with Katie, Allison, Henry and Jennifer whom were all awesome. We were amazed at all that was handled by Divine Events/Primrose Cottage. We used Divine Events for all food, cakes and flowers. I felt like so much was lifted off our shoulders due to having such a wonderful staff handling everything. The wedding day was perfect !!! We have had so many compliments on the wedding from the beginning to the end. Divine Events/Primrose is worth every penny and more!

My fiancé and I got married at Primrose Cottage on May 1st and could not have been more pleased. Our guests are still saying it was the "best wedding they have ever been to". Everyone loved it! We are a middle aged couple and as many people are these days, super busy with demanding jobs and not much extra time. Primrose Cottage attracted us because it can be "all inclusive". Some people may think that that means expensive and no room to save money. We found just the opposite. The venue is already super charming and with a modest addition to the décor for the reception it became wonderful. Everyone who works there was professional and delightful. We worked with Allison, Katie, Harry and Lindsey with Caitlin assisting her and they all hit it out of the ballpark! The food was great, cake too and we used their preferred vendors for everything but the photographer. If you want to insure that your wedding is in a beautiful setting, your guests are touched by the ceremony, enjoy the food, environment, entertainment and cake then go talk to these folks. The people and value at Primrose Cottage are way more than we even could have known. Wouldn't change a thing! Jo Alpharetta, GA.

Primrose Cottage is somewhere I've always wanted to get married and it was the perfect place to have our ceremony and reception. Having the vendors chosen for you already makes choices a lot easier and everyone is so willing to help make your vision a reality. The staff is amazing and they work with you frequently to make sure what you want is what you get. Our cake was the most delicious most people said they have ever had, food was great, the service was wonderful, and the venue looked so beautiful. We had the reception on the front lawn and the pictures turned out incredible with all of the azaleas blooming the first weekend in April and we had the cocktail hour in the back garden with lots of lights strewn everywhere. We had the reception in the open room in the back that looks like a sunroom and you can see the garden and trees while you dance the night away. I definitely recommend adding an extra hour because it will go by too fast!!

If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with great staff, excellent food and overall a wonderful experience, Primrose is your place! We never felt pressure or worried for one second during the planning period. Every detail was taken care of, from bringing our stuff early, the flowers, the cake and replenishing the food. The food alone is amazing and everyone enjoyed it from the pickiest of eaters to the one's who have dietary needs. The grounds are well kept and you have plenty of places to stay nearby, plus the staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved everything!

Primrose was everything I hoped for and more. I really did get my dream wedding! The staff was so friendly, and they exceeded every expectation that I had. From the moment I toured the venue, I felt at home. I was never stressed because if I ever had a question or idea about something, the staff was on top of it! I would recommend in a heartbeat!

We had a terrific experience planning our wedding at Primrose Cottage and an absolutely perfect wedding day there! I would give the venue my highest recommendation to any bride/groom looking for a unique wedding spot with some southern charm.

As an out-of-town bride planning a wedding from another time zone, Primrose Cottage made the process so smooth. It was a pleasure working with Katie, our wedding planner, and I was continually impressed with how she stayed on top of every detail. The Design Studio, which works in conjunction with the venue, worked within our budget to create beautiful flower arrangements and venue décor. I met with the designer just once and then showed up on the big day to see my vision become even better than I had imagined! I was also relieved when they were willing to work within my tight budget. We maximized that exceptionally well.

And we were particularly impressed with our day-of wedding coordinator, Lindsey, who made the day go flawlessly. She took care of everything before we even asked and helped us stay on our timeline all evening. My only regret is that the night didn't last any longer! Our guests raved about the venue, food and hospitality, with many of them saying it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended.

If I could go through the process again, I wouldn't do a single thing differently. That's a testament to the folks at Primrose Cottage, who made the best day of our lives simply perfect.

My fiance knew immediately after visiting that we wanted to have our wedding reception at Primrose Cottage! There are so many interesting rooms for the guests to explore while still having a large enough ballroom for a seated dinner plus a dance floor, which is what I wanted. The ballroom is also beautiful - with all of the greenery outside of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the charming garden courtyard. All of the event staff was great to work with and very accommodating. Harry at the Design Studio was so helpful in creating a look that matched what I had in mind while not blowing our budget. The wedding coordinator kept everything running smoothly on the day of - I didn't have to worry about a thing! And all of my guests were raving about the venue and the food! I could not have been happier with Primrose Cottage for my wedding reception!
